The former president delivered a one-two punch to shock jock gone “woke” Howard Stern after the radio host had sounded off on MAGA supporters.

If it weren’t bad enough in the wake of another assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump to have Vice President Kamala Harris, leftist leaders and corporate media figures continue their demagoguery of the GOP leader, Stern upped the ante Monday when he brought up the Republican nominee’s voters.
That topic was brought up Wednesday by Fox News host Greg Gutfeld when the president sat down for an appearance while campaigning in New York, only to be met with a reality check on ratings.
“My theory is that famous people don’t like it when their fame is put in proper perspective, when it’s dwarfed by somebody with more fame,” the host of “Gutfeld!” had said after airing clips from Stern, actor George Clooney and a 2018 remark from Sean “Diddy” Combs, chiding them for having an “emotional response.”
“I was on Howard Stern’s show as much as anybody. And he was great at that time. And then he went woke,” Trump reacted. “And since he’s gone woke, his ratings have gone down the tubes. And he sort of went anti-Trump for a couple of reasons.”
“We had good shows. He was good. But he’s changed, and, you know, he doesn’t do the ratings anymore,” furthered the president.
As had been reported, Stern had played the victim card on Monday when he had said, “This whole idea of you like me, you are good, and if you don’t you are bad,” before taking a swing at Trump supporters.
“I don’t agree with Trump politically, I don’t think he should be anywhere near the White House. I don’t hate the guy,” the radio personality asserted. “I hate the people who voted for him. I think they’re stupid. I do. I’ll be honest with you, I have no respect for you.”

The shock jock continued to invoke Adolf Hitler as he took a position comfortable with the prospect of losing “half my listeners” to argue the state of the country felt “like a replay of pre-World War II. I am one of those people who believe that if the election goes the wrong way, it’s the end of the United States.”
Meanwhile, Trump offered up a reminder about his wide-ranging popularity before the left demonized him when he said, “I had ‘The Apprentice’ for 12 years — 14 seasons, but 12 years — a lot of time. They wanted to renew me for five years. They were all set to do it and I didn’t want to do it…I said I wanted to run for president.”
To his point, the ratings report for Wednesday had come in and found that the president’s appearance on “Gutfeld!” had not only made it top among the cable news channels, but it surpassed all broadcast television programming in prime time that night with nearly 5 million viewers.
Last night’s @Gutfeldfox with @realDonaldTrump not only topped all cable channels, it also outrated every primetime show on broadcast television. Congrats to Greg, @EmilyCompagno @KatTimpf and @PlanetTyrus.https://t.co/G3FXij5tjS pic.twitter.com/q4MzKIrzKk
