Trump returns to Florida for Tuesday arraignment, Miami braces for worst as supporters gather

Former President Trump departed his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, on Monday to head to Miami, Florida to prepare for his impending 37-count indictment involving classified documents and the city is stepping up security just in case there are violent protests.

Trump was spotted getting into his motorcade as he left to make his way to the Sunshine State to stand before a judge at 3 pm on Tuesday.

He also posted a number of messages on Truth Social where he vowed to appoint a “real” special prosecutor to investigate President Biden, who he called the “most corrupt president in history” and tore into “radical left lunatics.”

The left is going after Trump for allegedly violating the Espionage Act and for obstruction of justice in connection to classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. No such actions are being taken against President Biden who also had classified documents that were found in numerous locations.

Trump will meet with his attorneys and stay at the Trump National Doral Hotel in Miami overnight ahead of his court appearance according to the Daily Mail.

“Getting ready to head down to Doral in Miami. We must all be STRONG and DEFEAT the Communists, Marxists, and Radical Left Lunatics that are systematically destroying our Country. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he wrote on Truth Social before his departure.

Trump also wrote as his motorcade made its way to Newark Airport, “I HOPE THE ENTIRE COUNTRY IS WATCHING WHAT THE RADICAL LEFT LUNATICS ARE DOING TO AMERICA, AND ALL WE STAND FOR. WE ARE A NATION IN SERIOUS DECLINE, AND IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE. p.s. CHINA JUST, EFFECTIVELY, TOOK OVER CUBA. WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED UNDER THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION!”

The former president then vowed that he would bring in his own special counsel to investigate Biden when he wins the 2024 election.

He wrote: “NOW THAT THE “SEAL” IS BROKEN, IN ADDITION TO CLOSING THE BORDER & REMOVING ALL OF THE “CRIMINAL” ELEMENTS THAT HAVE ILLEGALLY INVADED OUR COUNTRY, MAKING AMERICA ENERGY INDEPENDENT, & EVEN DOMINANT AGAIN, & IMMEDIATELY ENDING THE WAR BETWEEN RUSSIA & UKRAINE, I WILL APPOINT A REAL SPECIAL “PROSECUTOR” TO GO AFTER THE MOST CORRUPT PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY OF THE USA, JOE BIDEN, THE ENTIRE BIDEN CRIME FAMILY, & ALL OTHERS INVOLVED WITH THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR ELECTIONS, BORDERS, & COUNTRY ITSELF!”

Law enforcement and the FBI are ramping up security in Miami ahead of Trump’s arrival there. Especially around the federal courthouse where he will appear. But it may be leftist violence that they will see instead of any on the right.

Trump called the indictment another “witch hunt” against him and many Americans agree, seeing it as a political maneuver by the left to keep him from running for the presidency again.

According to the Daily Mail, “The indictment alleges that he willfully lied to the Department of Justice, got his lawyers to go along with his scheme, and even boasted about having documents he knew he shouldn’t have.”

Thirty-one of the thirty-seven counts against Trump deal with secret and top secret classified documents that he purportedly kept after leaving the White House in early 2021.

They took one charge, and they made it 36 different times. And we have a thug who is in charge. This is a political hit job, Republicans are treated far differently at the Justice Department than Democrats,” Trump railed during a speech at the Georgia Republican state convention.

He’s also vowing to still run for the presidency if the left makes any of the charges stick. But if even one goes through, Trump could be facing life in prison at 76 years old.

The charges have only made Trump’s supporters more loyal and have made him even more popular. He’s still wildly favored for the nomination leading Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) by more than 30 points in polls.

Trump is expected to head back to New Jersey to deliver remarks from his golf club in Bedminster after standing in a Miami court on Tuesday.
