Trump says Democrats didn’t just move left—they left the map behind

President Donald Trump warned the Democratic Party to “fight back” after having allowed “loud and unattractive” socialists to take control.

The president declared that Democrats have “lost control” of their own party in posts on his Truth Social platform. His comments come after Democratic Socialists of America members Darializa Avila Chevalier (D) and Claire Valdez (D) won primaries in New York, with the backing of New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani (D).

“The Radical Left Lunatics, often referred to as Dumocrats, have lost control of their Party,” Trump wrote. “They are being led by loud and unattractive people who have totally lost their way.”

“Hopefully, they will fight back, and not let this sick, Communist ideology, take over America!” he added.

The post came just after another in which the president vowed America “will never become a Socialist Country.”

“I would often say in Speeches, and otherwise, America will never be a Socialist Country, and I was 100% correct,” he wrote, adding that the “Dumocrats skipped Socialism, and went all the way down to Communism.”

“AMERICA WILL NEVER BE A COMMUNIST COUNTRY!” the post declared.

During his Fourth of July speech, Trump said that communism is a “cancer.”

“The communist system is the opposite of the American system, and the communist system has never worked,” the president said during his speech at his “Salute to America” event at the National Mall in Washington, D.C.

“Our warriors did not fight communism on battlefields across the world only to have that menace rear its ugly head right back here in America. We’re not going to let it happen. We like to stop a threat like that immediately and before it begins,” he said. “It’s like a cancer. You got to cut it out. You got to cut it out fast.”

The Democratic Socialists of America reportedly plan to roll out an updated platform with concerning designs to eliminate the U.S. Senate and to replace the president and the Supreme Court.

Establishment Democrats have been in a panic amid a surge of primary victories by Democratic Socialists, worrying about the party’s future and identity.
