Former President Donald Trump was active on Truth Social late Monday, responding to the shake-up in the 2024 presidential election, and he didn’t mince words about his likely new opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris.
With President Biden, who has not been seen in public in nearly a week, announcing via a social media post that he was withdrawing from the race and endorsing Harris as his replacement, the same lapdog media that covered for the 81-year-old president’s cognitive decline has been on a campaign to celebrate him as if he’s George Washington for supposedly choosing to give up his hold on power, even though the rumor mill is ripe with talk of Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi coming at him with long knives.
Trump blasted the “Fake News” media for its efforts, including their quick coronation of “Dumb as a Rock” Kamala Harris.
“Wow, just watching the Fake News, and they’re doing their very best to turn the Worst President in the History of our Country into a ‘Brilliant and Heroic Leader’ (He was heroic because he quit!), and to turn ‘Dumb as a Rock’ Kamala Harris from a totally failed and insignificant Vice President into a future ‘Great’ President. No, it just doesn’t work that way!”
Keep in mind that the vice president was just as complicit as the media, if not more so, in misleading the American people that Biden’s mental acuity was fine, having repeatedly vouched for Biden’s state of mind.
On that note, Trump posted: “The Democrats lied and misled the public about Crooked Joe Biden, and now we find he is a complete and total Cognitive and Physical ‘MESS.’ They also mislead the Republican Party, causing it to waste a great deal of time and money. To be resumed!”
Trump cited an NBC News poll in another post, writing: “Lyin’ Kamala Harris is the most unpopular Vice President in history. WOW, that is not a great sound bite!”
In yet another post, the 2024 Republican presidential nominee hit Harris hard over the border fiasco she was tasked with cleaning up.
He posted, “Lyin’ Kamala Harris, the Biden appointed ‘Border Czar’ who never visited the Border, and whose incompetence gave us the WORST and MOST DANGEROUS Border anywhere in the World, has absolutely terrible [poll] numbers against a fine and brilliant young man named DONALD J. TRUMP! Be careful what you wish for, Democrats??? MAGA2024.”
Setting his sights on ABC News, Trump said the network is “not worthy of holding a debate,” adding that there will be “many” against VP Harris.
“ABC Fake News is such a joke, among the absolute WORST in the business,” Trump wrote. “They try to make Crooked Joe into a brave warrior because he didn’t have the ‘guts’ to fight it out — He quit! They then tried to make ‘Sleepy’ look like a great President – he was the WORST, and Lyin’ Kamala into a competent person, which she is not. ABC, the home of George Slopadopolus, is not worthy of holding a Debate, of which I hope there will be many! MAGA2024.”
He also took exception, rightfully so, with Fox News host Martha MacCallum interviewing U.S. Rep. Swalwell (D-CA), of The Spy Who Shagged Me fame — MacCallum pressed the shameless Democrat on whether the Biden administration covered up Biden’s obvious health concerns, like the Trump-hating ideologue would give an honest answer.
“Why does FoxNews put on Eric Swalwell (Martha!), the total sleazebag Congressman from California? Where is his Chinese Spy girlfriend? What is wrong with FoxNews? It’s RINO Paul Ryan’s fault!” Trump said.
