President Donald Trump took a shot at Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker with a meme on social media poking fun at the Democrat’s weight.
An evidently AI-generated image of the governor was posted on Truth Social on Saturday, with the caption, “JB is too busy to keep Chicago safe!”

In the image, Pritzker is happily chowing down on the artery-clogging grub while more options are spread before him, including an overflowing milkshake, loaded nachos, and a “jumbo-sized” bucket of fried chicken.
The president and the Illinois governor have been trading barbs for some time, with Trump calling out Pritzker for not doing enough to deal with the crime in Chicago and the Democrat railing back at the president over just about everything his administration does.
In a recent interview with Politico, the governor claimed Trump “has dementia.”

“Like a lot of bullies, you know, if you push back on a bully, oftentimes they actually do take a step back,” Pritzker said in an interview with Politico. “I can’t explain because I don’t understand.”
“I think the man has dementia. I don’t really understand how it works up there for him,” he said, adding later that Trump “doesn’t seem to like me.”
“He mentions me very often, and sometimes completely out of the blue. He’s not talking about Illinois. He’s not talking about Chicago. He just, somehow, I pop up in his head, and he wants to take after me,” he claimed.
Trump, meanwhile, has repeatedly called out the governor for his poor leadership, jabbing him as a “big, fat slob” last year.

“JB Pritzker is a slob and an incompetent governor who pushes blatantly false narratives like this in a desperate attempt to stay relevant,” White House spokesperson Davis Ingle reacted to the governor’s claims about Trump’s health and mental acuity.
“Instead of lying in media interviews, Pritzker should focus on fixing his broken state and do his job. President Trump’s sharpness, unmatched energy, and historic accessibility stand in stark contrast to what we saw during the past four years when the legacy media intentionally covered up Joe Biden’s serious mental and physical decline from the American people,” Ingle continued, according to Fox 32. “Unlike the Biden White House, President Trump and his entire team have been fully open and transparent about the President’s health, which remains exceptional.”
