President Donald Trump may not be a medical doctor, but he knows Trump Derangement Syndrome when he sees it.
Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office on Monday, the president ripped Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) for opposing the SAVE America Act, accusing her of being “Trump deranged.”

“The housing bill is a bill that can get approved,” Trump said, referring to the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, which he indicated he won’t sign until the SAVE America Act is passed. “They worked on it long and hard, and it’s very bipartisan. That means the Democrats like it, and it’s probably, maybe more that way, they’re getting things that I wouldn’t necessarily agree to. Nobody knows more than housing in the history of the presidency. No one did well like me in housing. I made a lot of money with housing.”
“But when I look at that bill… It’s a bill, but when I look at the SAVE America Act, it’s about saving America, and I would like to have the SAVE America Act, and that’s probably not going to happen because we have four Republican senators, maybe five, that just won’t vote for it; it’s crazy. Senator Lisa Murkowski from Alaska, and nobody’s done more for Alaska than me. She is Trump deranged, what can I tell you?” the president continued. “Those four or five people that I mentioned, how do you vote against SAVE America? How do you vote against it? How do you vote against voter identification or proof of citizenship? The only people that would vote against that are people that are going to cheat in an election.”
“The Democrats need it because their policy is so bad. They want open borders and high taxes. They want terrible medical, anything medical. I am the one that did favored nations. I’m reducing drug prices by 200, 300, 400%. No one even talks about that. The news doesn’t talk about it. The Democrats are opposed to it. If they get into office, they will put it back. Prices will go up by 200, 300, 400, 500%. You know that.”
“But will you sign that housing bill?” a reporter asked.
“It hasn’t been sent to me yet. It’s coming, I understand, and then I’ll make a decision,” Trump responded, adding that every bill that isn’t the SAVE America Act is a “big yawn” to him.
“Some people say it’s wonderful. To me, compared to the SAVE America Act, just about everything is a big yawn.”
