Trump White House drops scorching ‘unapologetically American’ Super Bowl ad

Just before Bad Bunny took the field to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show in Spanish, the White House dropped a scorching reminder about being “unapologetically American.”

The White House shared a post on Sunday that featured images of President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump, as well as video clips of Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

“If you didn’t know, now you know,” the caption read, likely a play on Rubio’s quote, “If you don’t know, now you know.”

The video, which has garnered over 1.3 million views on X, kicked off with generated images of fans of the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks staring up as Air Force One is seen flying over the Gulf of America.”

“We don’t do subtle,” the narrator begins the nearly-40-second video.

“We bet on ourselves and don’t apologize for winning,” the narrator continues as Trump is then seen signing executive orders in the White House.

“We build big. We move fast,” he says as clips play of a Trump rally and the president’s motorcade at the 2025 Daytona 500. “We bet on ourselves and don’t apologize for winning.”

“We say what we mean, and we stand by it,” the clip continues as Vance and Rubio make appearances.

“We are fully, proudly, and unapologetically American,” it concludes with what seems like an AI-generated image of Trump and the first lady watching fireworks over the Washington Monument.

Trump did not attend Sunday’s Super Bowl in Santa Clara, California, but he hoped fans enjoyed the game.

The White House shared its “unapologetically American” post before the Super Bowl halftime show, which Trump ripped as “one of the worst” in a post of his own on Truth Social.

“The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence,” the president unloaded on Spanish singer Bad Bunny in a post, calling the performance a “slap in the face” to America.

“Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World,” he added.

Meanwhile, the White House post sparked a wave of agreement on X, where many expressed their own patriotism.
