Tulsi Gabbard: Hitler comparisons invite a ‘lone wolf’ to take out Trump

Former Democrat congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard suggested that there is a method to the madness of the recent onslaught of comparisons of GOP frontrunner Donald J. Trump to Adolf Hitler.

With Joe Biden’s approval ratings in freefall with the most pivotal election in the nation’s history now less than a year away, a desperate media has spent weeks pushing a propaganda campaign to portray the former president as a modern incarnation of the Nazi madman and Gabbard suggests that its not nearly about scaring low-information swing voters.

The ex-Dem joined Fox News host Laura Ingraham to discuss the saturation of likening Trump to Der Führer, most recently by malicious actor Liz Cheney and arch-neocon Robert Kagan whose lengthy Washington Post op-ed about the inevitability of a Trump dictatorship reads like a dog whistle for potential assassins.

Gabbard, now a Fox News contributor, suggested that such rhetoric is a tacit invitation for a “lone wolf” to solve the establishment’s troubles by taking out Trump.

“By claiming ‘Trump will be like Hitler,’ neocons & Dem establishment rationalize their weaponizing of govt agencies, embolden those in power to further abuse their power, and may encourage a lone wolf to do what people say should have been done to Hitler before he took power. We must send a very direct & clear message at the voting booth that we completely reject these anti-Americans,” she wrote on X, the platform previously known as Twitter.

Gabbard told Ingraham, “The thing that really bothered me the most about Kagan’s op-ed and many others who continue to warn the country that Donald Trump is going to be like a modern-day Hitler is that they’re also the kinds of people who, and we hear this all the time, people say gosh if back in the day if only one person had the courage to stop Hitler, to take him out before he rose to power, then we would’ve saved millions of lives, well this is what they’re essentially saying, this is a message…”

“Tulsi, you’re saying they’re inviting someone to take a shot at Trump?” Ingraham asked.

“This is what is so dangerous,” Gabbard answered. “They’re sending a message to a rogue actor or lone wolf saying, hey, we need someone to save our country from this modern-day Hitler-like person. And that is what is what should alarm every single American. This is not how the United States of America is. This is not who we are, and yet this is what these people in positions of power are doing and abusing their power and undermining our democracy, because in their minds, the end justifies the means.”

Ingraham responded, “I am terrified for our country right now given that type of rhetoric. I mean, unlike the left, we don’t believe in censoring people’s speech, but by doing what they are doing and saying what they are saying, they talk about dog whistles? That’s a dog whistle to violence. If Hitler is in waiting, then you’ve got to stop Hitler.”

“So they know what they’re doing Tulsi, and they can’t win on the issues, it’s obvious, they are not winning any of the issues, so this is where they are,” she added.

Kagan – who is married to the blood-soaked Biden regime official Victoria Nuland who has quarterbacked the Ukraine proxy war – writes in his WaPo screed: “The Trump administration will be filled with people who will not need explicit instruction from Trump, any more than Hitler’s local gauleiters needed instruction. In such circumstances, people “work toward the Führer,” which is to say, they anticipate his desires and seek favor through acts they think will make him happy, thereby enhancing their own influence and power in the process.”

The neocon ideologue also likens the Republican frontrunner to Roman Emperor Julius Caesar whose assassination is perhaps the most famous in world history other than that of President John F. Kennedy, a man who like Trump, was also hated by the Deep State.
