Former reality TV star Spencer William Pratt has suddenly become a hero to the MAGA right for the most awesome reason.
It turns out that Pratt, who used to be known as quite the “asshole” on the reality TV series “The Hills,” wasn’t pleased by the response of California’s left-wing officials to the Palisades Fire.
And so for the past week or so, he’s been ranting and raving on social media, specifically about California Gov. Gavin Newsom and the $100 million in FireAid relief donations that have allegedly gone missing.
100 million dollar fire aid – it’s time for some detailed accounting where every dollar went ! pic.twitter.com/e5d6eQqVK7

In the video above, Pratt accused Newsom of taking a FireAid grant for himself.
“The second round of $50 million funding, guess who took a FireAid grant?” Pratt said. “Let me tell you… Gavin Newsom and his Cal Vols office took a FireAid grant.”
“So that’s cool; we’d like to know how much you took and exactly what you did with the money. And I mean, dollar for dollar, what you did with it. Thank you!” he added.
Fox News reported last week that the over $100 million that was raised during a FireAid relief concert has seemingly gone missing.
“I have not seen any benefit from the FireAid money, and I am very involved here and neither have my neighbors,” Palisades Fire victim David Howard told the network.
When asked if he thought an accounting of the aid was necessary, he replied in the affirmative.
“100%,” he said. “No question. We need to get to the bottom of where the money is going. A lot of money is going to non-profits in a lot of different areas and it’s not going to where it needs to.”
Even fire victim Mark Jones, who himself spoke at the FireAid concert, hasn’t received a time.
“The fire aid was for us,” he told Fox News. “So, we figured where is the money? Where is it going?”

It’s a great question, especially since the celebrities who participated in the FireAid concert promised those who donated that the money would “go directly to people who need help in the short term and the long-term effort to get this city back on its feet.”
Except when a Fox News affiliate reached out to FireAid, the official organization, they said they did “not have the capability to make direct payments to individuals and that was never the plan.”
“We partnered directly with trusted local non-profits…to reach communities in need,” they added.
Uh huh …
A Fox News investigation of these nonprofits didn’t turn up anything good.
“One that promoted ‘self-determination in the Latino community’ vowed to use their FireAid grant to create ‘a more humane and democratic society by responding to the needs and problems of disenfranchised people,'” the network noted.
“Another claimed to use natural helpers or ‘promotores’ to ‘cultivate egalitarian relationships based on trust and respect,” the reporting continued.
Spencer Pratt “Are you ready for this, I just found out over 150 Pacific Palisades residents were dropped by State Farm 30 days. Less than 30 days. One person, 6 days before the Palisades fire”

Investigative journalist Sue Pascoe recently claimed to local station KTTV that the FireAid “is not helping the people” it’s supposed to help.
“This FireAid money is not helping the people. It’s helping nonprofits, many of which have executives who are getting six-figure salaries,” she said.
Listen:
On Friday, Aug. 1st, Pratt announced that he “got Newsom.”
“We got Newsom,” he said. “We got him. We sent a request to the state of California asking for documents to support the governor’s claim that he’d prepositioned 110 engines in Southern California in the days prior to the Palisades fire.”
“We just received the state’s production, and not surprisingly, Gavin lied!” he added.
It’s discoveries like this that have even legendary conservative comedian James Wood praising Pratt.
Never imagined that Spencer Pratt would become a hero in the fight to unveil Gavin Newsom’s criminal negligence that burned our beloved neighborhood to the ground. Bravo, sir. https://t.co/G2hjySsuDu
