Walmart to roll back DEI policies

Walmart is rolling back the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies in a major blow to the “woke” cultural revolution that for a time, had brought corporate America to its knees.

The retail colossus is the latest addition to the list of companies that have bowed to pressure under the threat of being exposed by conservative activist and filmmaker Robby Starbuck, whose work has brought change to Ford, Harley Davidson, Lowes, John Deere, and Tractor Supply, among others.

In a Monday post to X, Starbuck announced that the nation’s largest employer was making changes to distance itself from the institutionalized discrimination that has been a hallmark of the Biden-Harris era.

“MASSIVE news: Walmart is ending their woke policies. I can now exclusively tell you what’s changing and how it happened,” Starbuck said in his post. “Last week I told execs at @Walmart that I was doing a story on wokeness there. Instead we had productive conversations to find solutions.”

“I have to give their executives major credit because this will send shockwaves throughout corporate America. This is the biggest win yet for our movement to end wokeness in corporate America,” he added, going on to list the changes that the organization agreed to make.

Walmart will no longer participate in the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index which is used by the powerful LGBTQ+ advocacy group to bully companies into compliance with the “woke” agenda. The company will also scrap its Racial Equity Center which was established in 2020 as a special five-year initiative.

Starbuck said that the company will also work to “identify and remove inappropriate sexual and/or transgender products marketed to children,” and review its funding of “Pride, and other events, to avoid funding inappropriate sexualized content targeting kids,” a crushing blow to the perverts, pedos, and groomers who are obsessed with the creepy indoctrination of kids.

The company pledged to “evaluate supplier diversity programs and ensure they do not provide preferential treatment and benefits to suppliers based on diversity. We don’t have quotas and won’t going forward. Financing eligibility will no longer be predicated on providing certain demographic data.”

Walmart will also cease using the term LatinX in official communications and “discontinue the use of DEI as a term while ensuring a respectful and supportive environment. Our focus is on Belonging for ALL associates and customers.”

“Remember, Walmart is the #1 employer in America with over 1.6 Million Employees and they have a market cap of nearly $800B. This won’t just have a massive effect for their employees who will have a neutral workplace without feeling that divisive issues are being injected but it will also extend to their many suppliers,” Starbuck noted.

The discriminatory policies swept the nation after the summer of 2020 George Floyd race riots when all of corporate America took a knee, falling in line to appease activists whose ideology was rooted in the collective punishment of white people.

Starbuck’s announcement drew high praise from X users:

“Wokeness is on life support. We just have to keep up the pressure,” Starbuck added in another post.

“Our campaigns are now so effective that we’re getting the biggest companies on earth to change their policies without me even posting a story outlining their woke policies. Companies can clearly see that America wants normalcy back. The era of wokeness is dying right in front of our eyes. The landscape of corporate America is quickly shifting to sanity and neutrality. We are now the trend, not the anomaly,” he said.

“We are winning and one by one we WILL bring sanity back to corporate America,” Starbuck added.

The impact of Walmart joining the companies that have backed away from promoting anti-white racism can’t be overestimated and is truly something to be thankful for now that DEI is on its way to the garbage can of history.
