Three depraved male criminals pretending to be women have sued the state of Washington, demanding access to so-called “gender-affirming care.”
The criminals include child rapist Michael R. Caldwell, dog rapist Hunter S. Christian, and infant murderer Andrew S. Kennedy, according to Reduxx.
Caldwell raped two young girls in his care (one of whom he’d blamed for seducing him), Christian raped at least three dogs and was found with child porn, and Kennedy murdered an 11-month-old relative for whom he’d been the primary caregiver.
The three filed a joint lawsuit last December against the Washington Department of Corrections, arguing that the Americans with Disabilities Act entitled them to be given “healthcare” that affirms their fake gender.
In their suit, the three cited the precedent set by Autumn Cordellione, a male who, after being convicted of murdering a baby, successfully convinced a court to force Indiana to pay for his “gender-affirming” care.

Caldwell, who now goes by the alias Skeggi Hildof Katrinssonr or Hildi, complained in the suit about how his prison facility has a personal laser hair removal device that he used to be able to use in a private room.
“[T]he inmates were allowed to use the device in a private room within the medical clinic once or twice per week,” Reduxx noted, citing the suit. “But in 2024, the clinic discontinued access to the private room, and told transgender inmates they would have to use the device in their own cell.”
This evidently offended the child rapist.
“My cell door has a 34×34 [inch] window where any male inmate or officer can see inside my cell and watch me use the device on my maturing female body,” he wrote in the suit.
He continued by claiming that he’s been deprived of a “prescribed medical treatment” and that it’s given him the sads.
“I seclude myself from having to associate with anyone,” the nutter wrote. “My mental health has regressed, elevating anxiety, depression, skipping meal times, no appetite, becoming overwhelmed in my daily activities where I at times cry … The Defendants expect me to consent to relinquish my right to privacy. I will not consent to any relinquishment of my Fundamental Rights.”

Caldwell also alleged that he was forced to forfeit his job at a prison textile shop because he wasn’t provided a separate changing room away from other male inmates.
“This process of men and trans-women stripping in the same area together is undignified, sex discrimination, practicing conversion tactics, and shocks the social conscience,” he wrote. “The lack of any protocol fosters discrimination across the board.”
Christian, who now goes by Szeth Aslan Magnus and identifies as “non-binary” and “intersex,” had some even stranger complaints.
He specifically complained about, one, lack of access to a drug for hair growth, and two, about lack of access to low-dose testosterone for his shrinking testicles, no joke. It’s not clear why someone who’s “non-binary” would even need big testicles.
Like Caldwell, he also complained about not being able to use a personal laser hair removal device in a private space.
“I have suffered not only setbacks in my prescribed treatment plan, but reversal of effects of the prior treatments, mental anguish, exacerbation of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and a loss of the forward momentum in maintaining the delicate balance between my masculine and feminine sides,” he wrote.
Kennedy, who identifies as “non-binary,” “two-spirit,” and “intersex,” meanwhile complained about being misgendered at his prison facility.
“I am being told I must either be a man or woman and identifying as two-spirited/nonbinary/intersex is not an option that is allowed,” he wrote in the suit. “This immoral disregard for my Divine Rights granted to me by my Creators, to be who and what I am, shows blatant disregard for the law, for my authenticity, for my sovereignty, and to my Divine Rights to be me.”
