Where was the caregiver? Joe Biden returns from vacay with WICKED sunburn after skin cancer scare

Mere months after a cancer scare, President Joe Biden’s lobster-faced return from his latest vacation raised eyebrows for more than one reason.

On the tarmac in St. Croix and again on the South Lawn of the White House, the president appeared alongside first lady Jill Biden sporting trademark expressions of confusion. Befuddlement wasn’t all he boasted after a week on the beach as an apparent sunburn acquired during the island retreat flared as a reminder that just over nine months earlier Biden had had a cancerous skin lesion removed.

Images taken as the couple departed the Caribbean vacation highlighted the skin condition that re-upped the “Weekend at Bernie’s” feel of the administration where nearly 40% of the time had been spent away.

In March, just weeks after the octogenarian president had undergone an annual physical, it had been reported by White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor that Biden had been treated for a cancerous skin lesion on his chest and that “All cancerous tissue was successfully removed.”

“One small lesion on the President’s chest was excised today,” read the report, “and sent for traditional biopsy. Results are pending.”

A later update confirmed it was the most common form of skin cancer and that no other treatment was needed following the removal.

The Food and Drug Administration spoke to the risks of tanning and noted an additional risk was “photoaging,” or premature aging. “Premature aging is a long-term side effect of UV exposure, meaning it may not show on your skin until many years after you have had a sunburn or suntan. Avoiding UV exposure is essential to maintaining healthy skin.”

Biden’s return from St. Croix, where he had spent the getaway with his wife and granddaughter Natalie, hadn’t only sparked concerns considering the history of non-melanoma skin cancers he’s had removed. He also caught attention for off the cuff remarks to the press regarding the devastating border crisis that continued to go unaddressed as he was sunning.

“We gotta do something,” he could be heard shouting when asked about the record number of illegal aliens flooding into the United States. “They gotta give me the money I need to protect the border.”

“President Biden’s entire presidency has been a vacation from reality — 760,000 illegal immigrants have been encountered at the border since October,” Alabama Rep. Gary Palmer (R) had recently told Fox News Digital. “This is intentional and tells the American people everything they need to know. President Biden has no desire to stop it. He will continue to vacation while the border burns because this is the outcome he wants.”

Exceeding 300,000 crossings in December, and with estimates accounting for over 8 million since he was inaugurated, the president appeared prepared to push the blame to Republicans despite his own refusal to budge on putting Ukraine’s sovereignty ahead of the United States during a funding feud.
