Biden sent out a post on Saturday celebrating Pride Month, stating, “Today, the People’s House – your house – sends a clear message to the country and to the world. America is a nation of pride.”

In the post are a set of flags hanging from the White House facing the South Lawn. The Pride flag is flanked by two American flags in what many see as an utter sign of disrespect for the nation’s flag.

Conservatives contend that the display violates a section of the US Flag Code that mandates the American flag be in the center of any display featuring multiple national flags or pennants.

“To advance revolutionary transgender agenda targeting children, Biden violates basic tenet of US Flag Code and disrespects every American service member buried under its colors,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton asserted on Twitter.

Fitton cited the US Flag Code §7. (e), which reads, “The flag of the United States of America should be at the center and at the highest point of the group when a number of flags of States or localities or pennants of societies are grouped and displayed from staffs.”

Twitter added context to the situation, “While it cannot be seen in this photo, the American flag is being flown on top of the White House in the center of the building, and therefore, the flag code is not being violated.”

Despite what Twitter says about the subject, many, many are offended by the display.

One user pointed out, “Requirements are that if there is a ‘grouping’ the US flag will be at the center of that group and elevated so as to make it’s importance above the others apparent. The flag above is permanent in placement and not part of a grouping!”

Actor James Wood tweeted, “There has been consternation that the American flag is neither center nor above this other flag. That is a violation of the flag code. This is not a mistake. This is an expression of the current resident’s priorities. And of his inability to comprehend who’s House this is.”

The host of “Dear America,” Graham Allen also had some words to say about the “abomination,” calling Pride Month a cult and asserting that not one veteran fought, bled, or died for that flag.

“Outside the gates of this house are those who want to drag our country backwards, and so many battles yet to be braved. But today, we’re not here to be strong. We’re not here to be courageous. Even though for so many of you, just coming to this event is an act of bravery,” first lady Jill Biden exclaimed on Saturday.

The president called the LGBT community “some of the bravest and most inspiring” people he has ever known.

“You know, we all move forward when we move together with your joy, with your pride lighting the way,” he bloviated. “So today, let us proudly remember who we are – the United States of America.”
