Transparency be damned! Calls for President Joe Biden’s administration to come clean on who may have had access to classified documents discovered at his Delaware home have unveiled a new level of concern as reports contend no logs exist.
“Maybe they are smarter than we think!” suggested former President Trump.

Before Biden responded to questions about the security of his garage by bragging about his Corvette; before he acted surprised to learn classified documents had been found at his old office at the Penn Biden Center; and even before the FBI targeted former President Donald Trump and raided Mar-a-Lago, the fact that the current administration would produce no public record of who the president met with while spending roughly 20 percent of his term at his Wilmington, Delaware home sent many a red flag.
Now that numerous public officials have demanded those records be made known in light of the growing scandal, Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy reported this morning, “There are no visitor logs chronicling who comes and goes from the president’s house in Wilmington.”
In a statement provided to Fox News Digital, the White House Counsel’s Office further offered, “Like every President in decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal.”
“But upon taking office, President Biden restored the norm and tradition of keeping White House visitor logs, including publishing them regularly, after the previous administration ended them,” the statement added.
While the surreptitious nature of political animus might have been anticipated, Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi told reporters the same was true of the president’s protective detail as he said, “We don’t independently maintain our own visitor logs because it’s a private residence.”
Leading the charge in reacting to the report was Trump who posted on Truth Social: “The White House just announced that there are no LOGS or information of any kind on visitors to the Wilmington house and flimsy, unlocked, and unsecured, but now very famous, garage. Maybe they are smarter than we think! This is one of seemingly many places where HIGHLY CLASSIFIED documents are stored (in a big pile on the damp floor). Mar-a-Lago is a highly secured facility, with Security Cameras all over the place, and watched over by staff & our great Secret Service. I have INFO on everyone!”
Others reacted to the news with a mix of doubt, disbelief and frustration including Breitbart News White House correspondent Charlie Spiering who posted, “Skeptical. Does Secret Service really have no record of who gets cleared/admitted to visit Biden at his home?”

The White House says there are no visitor logs for Biden's Wilmington home because it is a 'personal residence.'
If Biden's personal residence is personal, why were classified government documents there?

Previously, the New York Post had tried to use a Freedom of Information Act request to access visitor logs but was told by the Secret Service that “no responsive records” could be located. At the time Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), now chair of the House Oversight Committee had said, “The claim that there are no visitor logs for President Biden’s Delaware residence is a bunch of malarkey.”
More recently, the Kentucky lawmaker re-upped his calls and told the Post, “In light of the Biden family’s suspicious business schemes with foreign adversaries, Americans need to know who has visited President Biden’s Wilmington residence and had access to the stashed classified documents that sat in Biden’s garage.”
“The White House,” he added, “needs to release visitor logs to the public and bring transparency to this administration.”
It remains to be seen if information regarding who had access to Biden’s Delaware home can be obtained in some other fashion.

“no visitors logs” does not sound plausible. Every visitor would be pre-vetted by the Secret Service prior to the visit, thus creating a log of visitors.
