Notoriously perverse California state Sen. Scott Wiener is raging upset that the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of parental rights.
The high court ruled Monday against a state policy forbidding schools from notifying parents if their children come out as gay or trans at school.
“Those policies cut out the primary protectors of children’s best interests: their parents,” the court ruled, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
The court added that requiring parental notification “promotes child safety by guaranteeing fit parents a role in some of the most consequential decisions in their children’s lives.”
The ruling angered Wiener, a Democrat who’s notorious for pursuing grossly perverted policies designed to expose young children to sexual themes way, way, way beyond their age:
Forcing teachers to out LGBTQ students to their parents puts kids’ lives at risk. Some will die. Some will get kicked out & become homeless. Some will be sent to conversion therapy.
The choice to come out to one’s parents belongs only to the kid & is no one else’s damn business. pic.twitter.com/TQcqnD1ejs

“Forcing teachers to out LGBTQ students to their parents puts kids’ lives at risk,” he tweeted above. “Some will die. Some will get kicked out & become homeless. His fierce denunciation of the high court’s ruling prompted massive derision and mockery, with some critics noting that Wiener is the same “pervert” who introduced legislation easing criminal punishment for gay adults who rape kids.

Kids can’t make choices, legally. They’re minors.
The legal duty of parents is to protect kids and help them grow in knowledge and wisdom until they are old enough to make decisions for themselves.

Listen up pedophile, this prevents teachers from having private, sexuality based relationships with students they then hide from the students’ parents. If you are comfortable doing that, you should not be allowed around children.

Despite the statistical outliers there is no one better situated to be the best advocate for a child than the biological parents of that child. All of history and time have proven this out. One simply need have a child to understand this.

The majority of parents love their children and aren’t a threat to their safety. You know this. The kids are already “out” in school and the community. You supporting social transition and denying them support from their parents is the real danger.

In issuing its ruling, the Supreme Court upheld a lower court ruling from U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez that was made in December.
“When it comes to a student’s change in gender identity, California state policymakers apparently do not trust parents to do the right thing for their child,” Benitez wrote in his ruling.
He added that the state’s no parental notification laws, passed in 2024, “harm the child who needs parental guidance and possibly mental health intervention” and violate parents’ constitutional rights “to care, guide, and make health care decisions for their children.”

California can no longer hide kids’ pronoun or gender-identity changes from parents.
No more secret social transitions. Parental rights winning big under President Trump.

Other Republicans and Democrats reacted to the high court’s ruling Monday exactly as you’d expect.
State Republican Party Chairwoman Corrin Rankin said she was “thrilled the Supreme Court told California Democrats what we all know and believe, that parents are not optional, despite them acting as if they were.”
“If a school is making life-changing decisions about your child, you have the right to know,” she added.
Meanwhile, California Attorney General Rob Bonta, a rabid Democrat, said through his spokesperson that he was disappointed with the ruling but will “remain committed to ensuring a safe, welcoming school environment for all students while respecting the crucial role parents play in students’ lives.”
