Wife of rabid never-Trumper Max Boot indicted for being a foreign agent

Zealous anti-Trump zealot Max Boot’s wife was indicted Tuesday for acting on behalf of another government.

Boot is, as reported many times previously, a raging anti-Trump zealot and former Republican who abandoned every single one of his GOP principles — except for being a neocon — because of former President Donald Trump.

He now spends his days writing anti-Trump and anti-Republican Party columns for America’s most leftist establishment media outlet, The Washington Post.

Boot is also, hilariously enough, someone who’s repeatedly called Trump a traitor and spent years pushing the since-debunked Russian collusion delusion smear and conspiracy theory.

Yet it turns out that Boot’s own wife may be the real traitor, according to new reporting from The New York Times.

“Sue Mi Terry, a prominent voice on American foreign policy, had a refined palate, a love for top-shelf sushi, and a taste for designer labels,” the Times reported Tuesday. “She liked coats by Christian Dior, handbags by Bottega Veneta and Louis Vuitton, and Michelin-starred restaurants.”

And, according to federal prosecutors in Manhattan, she accepted such luxury goods and other gifts in exchange for serving the South Korean government in Seoul,” the report continues.

An indictment released Tuesday accuses Boot’s wife of spending a year assisting “South Korean spies” by, among other things, introducing them to the staff of U.S. congressional members.

The wife, Mi Terry, reportedly started working as a foreign agent in 2013, five years after she left the CIA.

“She was first contacted by an intelligence officer posing as a diplomat for the Korean mission to the United Nations in New York City, the indictment said, and in return for her work over the next decade, Ms. Terry received handbags, clothing and at least $37,000 in covert payments to the think tank where she was employed at the time,” the Times reported.

Yet despite completing all this work for the South Korean government, she never registered as a foreign agent (a lot like Hunter Biden, incidentally), which was a big no-no.

She now faces two counts of violations  — one for not registering under the Foreign Agents Registration Act,  and another for conspiring to violate it.

In a statement, her lawyer Lee Wolosky claimed the allegations are unfounded and have distorted “the work of a scholar and news analyst known for her independence and years of service to the United States.”

Yeah, right …

“Dr. Terry has not held a security clearance for over a decade, and her views on matters relating to the Korean Peninsula have been consistent over many years,” he continued. “In fact, she was a harsh critic of the South Korean government during times this indictment alleges that she was acting on its behalf.”

“Once the facts are made clear, it will be evident the government made a significant mistake,” he concluded.

Critics have their doubts and have been demanding answers from Boot on social media, where he continues to spout nonsense.

Mi Terry’s indictment comes only two months after she and her husband penned a joint piece for The Washington Post basically arguing that the Biden administration should work more closely with South Korea.

And now, two months later, the same woman whom he wrote a piece with and whom he married has been outed as a possible traitor. Who would have ever thought?
