Lieutenant Governor of Virginia Winsome Earle-Sears just served a piping hot pile of receipts, and Abigail Spanberger is going to have a hard time explaining this.
Spanberger, a Democrat, is running for Governor of Virginia. She is trying to sell herself as a “pragmatic” centrist-type, but the lieutenant governor isn’t about to let her get away with it.
