Yale DEI program hosts Jew-hater who called white people ‘gangsters’ – on second night of Passover

French-Algerian political activist Houria Bouteldja, evidently a raving antisemite who reportedly condones the murders of Jews and Israelis, was invited to speak at Yale University on “France and Whiteness” during the second night of Passover as part of its diversity and inclusion program.

It was part of the “Decolonizing Europe” Lecture Series at Yale.

Bouteldja has allegedly expressed blatant hatred not only toward Jews but white people as well. Her speech was endorsed by Yale’s DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) program known as “Belonging at Yale,” according to the Daily Mail.

She wrote a book in 2017 called “Whites, Jews, and Us,” which called for the dismantling of Israel and expounded on her antisemitic views. She is said to blame Jews for their near-extermination by the Nazis as well. One quote from Bouteldja contends, “Killing an Israeli is killing two birds with one stone, eliminating in one go oppressor and oppressed.”

Since the university hosted the speaker on the second night of Passover, it all but guaranteed that no Jewish individuals would be in attendance to take issue with her views and question her on them.

Bouteldja declared in March 2012, after the slaughtering of a rabbi and three children in Toulouse, France by a radical Islamist named Mohammed Merah, that “Mohammed Merah is me.”

She reportedly claimed that Jews “tolerated Nazism before it was inflicted on them. … They absolved it, shut their eyes to it, [and] legitimized it because until then, it had been applied only to non-European peoples. … They have cultivated that Nazism … [and hence] are responsible for it.”

The speaker allegedly defines white people as “the one who subjugates, pillages, steals, rapes, commits genocide,” and asserts, “I hate the white good conscience. I curse it.”

Bouteldja goes on to charge, “Every white person … must take and steal … like a gangster, a brute, or a thug.”

She also blamed the victims of 9/11, the July 7 London subway bombings, and the Charlie Hebdo Paris murders for the act of being white and therefore disposable, “Bombs explode in the subway. Towers … collapse like a house of cards. The journalists of a famous magazine are decimated. … [But] they are all white.”

This is yet one more instance in a long line of incidents at Yale that have promoted racism and hatred in the name of diversity.

In 2015, a mob of students stalked, shouted, and cursed at a married team of professors for days because the wife had questioned whether the campus DEI office needed to police students’ Halloween costumes. Both professors, Nicholas and Erika Christakis, eventually resigned from their administrative leadership positions, and Erika Christakis resigned from Yale altogether.

In 2021, a Yale law student was called before a diversity dean and threatened with bad references that would preclude his bar admission for having jokingly used the phrase “trap house” in an emailed party invitation. Even though he was of Native American heritage, the student was labeled a racist.

And in 2022, a mob of over 100 Yale law students disrupted and sought to shut down a campus debate between a liberal atheist attorney and a conservative Christian attorney. Police had to escort the speakers from the building.
