‘You’re all nuts!’ Kevin O’Leary takes on whole CNN table and chances are he won’t be invited back

The Tuesday airing of CNN NewsNight got a little bit hotter than expected when Kevin O’Leary took on all his fellow guests.

Host Abby Phillip briefly lost control of her own show when guests O’Leary and Ana Navarro went at it off-screen over the federal government “fabricating lies.” The two bickered while she tried for several seconds to cut to break.

Watch:

“We are seeing this happen over and over again where the federal government is fabricating things, lying. Just in the last few weeks, we have seen cases involving federal agents with a Venezuelan national in Minneapolis who they claimed had charged them with a snow shovel and attacked them,” Navarro said.

“What does that have to do with the ballot?!” O’Leary exclaimed, resulting in a chiding from Phillip.

“Stop, stop, stop,” she muttered, encouraging Navarro to continue.

“The point is that they charged them criminally and when they went to court, evidence proved that what they had said was a lie, that this government lies. That’s the point,” the guest said.

“All right, Kevin, a quick last word,” Phillip said.

“Oh, wow. My last word is you’re all nuts!” he shouted, which displeased the host.

“Guys, please. Look, we got to keep it together here, okay? Honestly, I mean, there’s a way to talk about these things. If you don’t have anything to say, just say that and I won’t come to you next time,” she snapped.

“I just said something very important,” O’Leary quipped.

Making efforts to wrap the segment, Navarro jumped in to argue with her fellow guest.

“You don’t have basic information, Kevin, you don’t know who is running for the Senate in Texas,” she jabbed.

“Okay next for us… everyone, everyone thank you for being here,” Phillip said, motioning for the table to be quiet.

“That was a stretch, it was insane! A shovel to the ballots? What’s the shovel?” O’Leary asked.

“Excuse me, stop. Kevin, stop,” Phillip said.

“The federal government lies,” Navarro repeated.

“That’s crazy,” O’Leary responded as the table finally quieted down.

It wasn’t the only time the pair butted heads on the show. They also clashed over Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s appearance at the Munich Security Conference, which was so poor that social media users mocked her “absolute train wreck” weekend. Navarro admitted that AOC is “no foreign policy expert,” at which point O’Leary jumped in to offer commentary of his own.
