Israeli Defense Force (IDF) soldiers reportedly made the grisly and heart-shattering discovery of at least 40 murdered babies, many with their heads cut off, in a southern Israeli kibbutz.

The soldiers found the tiny bodies among burned-out houses, strewn furniture, and torched cars according to The JC. Hamas terrorists reportedly committed unspeakable atrocities at the Kfar Aza kibbutz near the Gaza border.

The voice of a reporter named Nicole Zedek from i24 News broke as she recounted the horror the soldiers felt when they found the little ones.

“Talking to some of the soldiers here, they say what they witnessed as they’ve been walking through these communities is bodies of babies with their heads cut off and families gunned down in their beds. We can see some of these soldiers right now, comforting each other,” she commented, voice heavy with emotion.

Kfar Aza was one of the hardest hit areas by Hamas terrorists when they attacked Israel on Saturday morning.

“Israeli troops were now going house to house to retrieve civilian bodies in body bags. They had not been able to take them before as they were still fighting gunmen and working through booby traps,” The JC reported.

One soldier shouted, “Tell the world what you saw here.”

Israeli Major General Itai Veruv said via a statement on Tuesday, “You see the babies, the mothers, the fathers, in their bedrooms, in their protection rooms and how the terrorist kills them. It’s not a war, it’s not a battlefield. It’s a massacre, it’s a terror activity.”

“It is something that I never saw in my life. It’s something that we used to imagine from our grandfathers, grandmothers in the pogroms in Europe and other places. It’s not something that happens in new history,” he angrily added.

IDF soldiers guided the foreign press through the rubble of the Kfar Aza kibbutz with the stench of death heavy in the air. The pictures of grieving Israeli soldiers are moving beyond words.

“They told how they saw the bodies of babies next to their cots, their heads chopped off, in a sign of the depraved acts committed by the terrorists since they attacked Israel on Saturday,” the Daily Mail reported.

“Some 70 Hamas terrorists wielding guns and grenades stormed the usually quiet Kfar Aza kibbutz in southern Israel, killing anyone – men, women and children – they saw,” the news outlet noted.

Hamas terrorists gunned down entire families. They dragged dead naked Israelis through the streets. They went door to door eradicating every Jew they could find. Many women were raped, some next to the bodies of their husbands who were already dead. Hundreds were taken away as hostages. Hamas is now threatening to execute them on live TV if Israel responds to their atrocities.

National Review summed the situation up, “Israeli children who haven’t been killed are either in great danger, in bomb shelters, or have been taken hostage by Hamas terrorists who, by all accounts, are capable of far worse than murder. Hamas’s reign of terror is well-documented, and its crimes against innocent civilians are numbered. Difficult as it is, don’t look away when these stories become too heartbreaking to read.”

A military spokesperson announced that the death toll from the Hamas attacks had climbed to 900. They were mostly civilians gunned down in their homes, on the streets, or at a dance party.
