Despite the newest mantra of the left being “nobody is above the law,” it would appear President Joe Biden is comfortable skirting the Supreme Court.
SCOTUS ruled that the president could not unilaterally forgive student loans, something that his left-wing base was chomping at the bit to see become reality. However, Biden has continued to dance around this ruling and on Wednesday he posted another tweet on the subject.
“Despite attempts led by extreme MAGA Republicans to block our efforts, we won’t stop fighting to provide relief to student loan borrowers, fix the broken student loan system, and help borrowers get out from under the burden of student debt,” his X post read.

X users were quick to call him out:
Buying votes with student loan relief? Typical. Real change means fixing the economy, not empty promises.

Joe Biden continues to defy the Supreme Court because Biden thinks he’s above the law

Why should the guy or gal working 50-60 hours in a factory have to pay for someone’s ‘Gender Studies’ degree?
Can you explain that to me Joe?

Not robbing working class people to pay for loans they didn’t take out is extreme. Got it.

So MAGA republicans are blocking your attempt to force future generation to pay off debt they didn’t incur? I like these MAGA republicans. Thank you MAGA republicans.

It’s going to suck for all the people who think their loans were forgiven when their balances are reinstated when your unconstitutional “forgiveness” is reversed.

You never had the authority to forgive student debt. The Supreme Court said so and even Pelosi said so. You don’t respect the law of the land. pic.twitter.com/2FnHu6IKYv

I have 25k in student loans. You lowered my payments from 300 a month to 33 a month. I’m still voting for Trump because going back to 300 a month is well worth the price of freedom.
