Boebert responds to report MTG called her a ‘little b**ch’ on House floor over Biden impeachment spat

Hostilities between Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) spilled out onto the House floor on Wednesday after Boebert announced articles of impeachment against President Biden, with Greene allegedly calling her a “little b*tch” over it.

C-SPAN caught the exchange on video without audio and it went viral with the Left salivating over it.

The Daily Beast reported, “According to two sources that saw the exchange and a third familiar with the matter, the back and forth began when Boebert approached Greene—then seated in the chamber—and confronted her over ‘statements you made about me publicly.’ All three of the sources said Greene called Boebert a ‘b*tch.’ One of the sources said Greene called her ‘a little b*tch.’

The two sources claim that Greene stood up and alleged that Boebert “copied my articles of impeachment.” Boebert snapped back that she hadn’t even read Greene’s resolution.

“I’ve donated to you, I’ve defended you. But you’ve been nothing but a little b*tch to me,” Greene reportedly told Boebert. “And you copied my articles of impeachment after I asked you to cosponsor them.”

A GOP lawmaker and another source confirmed the name-calling to the Daily Beast.

“I heard Marjorie call Boebert a b*tch right to her face,” the unnamed GOP lawmaker claimed.

“OK, Marjorie, we’re through,” Boebert reportedly told Greene, shrugging her shoulders and turning her back on her.

Greene responded to Boebert’s back, “We were never together.”

Reporters approached Boebert about the exchange and she side-stepped answering the question.

“Marjorie is not my enemy. I came here to protect our children and their posterity. Joe Biden and the Democrats are destroying our country,” she told the Daily Beast. “My priorities are to correct their bad policies and save America.”

Boebert told the CNN reporter, “Like I said, I’m not in middle school.”

When approached by the Daily Beast, Greene stated in response to Beobert’s submission of articles of impeachment, “Imitation is the greatest form of flattery.”

Greene also said that Boebert is late to the party on the push for articles of impeachment against Biden.

“Lauren Boebert never addressed the conference,” Greene remarked. “I made it clear to the conference that I have introduced articles of impeachment, literally since Joe Biden’s first day in office.”

“I have been talking about it with everybody forever,” she added. “Literally, everyone. Forever, ‘til I’m blue in the face. You see me? I’m blue in the face.”

“I was sitting down, and so I stood up and I said, ‘I’m happy to clarify my public statements to your face,’” Greene told Semafor.

“I told her exactly what I think about her,” she asserted. “It’s purely for fundraising. It’s throwing out red meat so that people will donate to her campaign because she’s coming up on the end of the month, and she’s trying to produce good fundraising numbers.”

“She has genuinely been a nasty little b*tch to me,” Greene also told Semafor.

The Georgia Republican allegedly said she would “absolutely not” reconcile with her House Freedom Caucus colleague.

Boebert has introduced a fast-tracked impeachment resolution against Biden that House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) opposes. She declined to speak to the GOP conference on Wednesday about her impeachment resolution after McCarthy invited her to do so ahead of a Wednesday morning, closed-door conference meeting.
