Chicago principal portrays teacher who celebrated Charlie Kirk’s death as the victim, parent says

We’re talking about Chicago schools, folks, and no one should be surprised.

The principal of Nathan Hale Elementary School is trying to make a victim out of teacher Lucy Martinez, who’s now “15 minutes famous” for the “bang, bang” viral video mocking the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

In a letter sent to parents, principal Dawn Iles-Gomez complained of threats against Martinez and appeared to make no mention of the teacher’s evil gesture.

“Dear Hale Parents and Staff, safety continues to be my top priority, which is why I am writing to notify you of a situation involving our school,” the letter states. “We were recently made aware of social media posts with language that resembles a potential threat to a staff member. “The Chicago Police Department and the CPS Office of Safety and Security have been notified, and CPD is currently investigating this situation further,” Iles-Gomez continued.

Andrew Kolvet, Executive Producer of “The Charlie Kirk Show,” said he received a copy of the principal’s letter from a “livid” parent.
