A first-time voter in Florida revealed that she’s voting for former President Donald Trump despite ‘Kill Tony’ comedian’s Puerto Rico joke.
It would appear that the “offensive” humor of Tony Hinchcliffe has not turned off as many voters as the left may have hoped, as one woman of Puerto Rican origin brushed aside the comments and voted for Trump. When quizzed on her choice by a CNN reporter, she gave a response that all Americans could learn from.
Watch:
JUST IN: Puerto Rican in Florida says she is voting for Trump, says she found Tony Hinchcliffe’s comments somewhat offensive but she wants to “have a better life.”
CNN: Who do you want to win?
Puerto Rican: Trump.

“As a Puerto Rican, you’re okay with Hinchcliffe’s joke?” the CNN reporter asked her.
“No, definitely not. I just think … everyone has opinions. If they don’t like Puerto Ricans it hurts of course, but at the end of the day I’m okay with who I am and I want to be able to have a better life in the future,” the woman responded.
X users celebrated this measured, level-headed response:
People know who would be better for their future, a joke by a comedian will not change that

I’m Puerto Rican and I voted for Trump along with republicans down ballot. I voted against communism and my constitutional rights being taken away by the democrats and Harris.

So, CNN is still trying to play the Tony Hinchcliffe card. POND SCUM!

Americans are voting with their wallets!

Anyone that says they are no longer voting for Trump because of some comedian’s joke that spoke 4 hours before Trump took the stage, was never really going to vote for Trump in the first place. They’re just saying that to bait you.

Good for her.
Sounds like she has done her research instead of just voting for who everyone tells her to vote for.
Would have loved to hear her reasons on why she thinks Trump will provide a better future for her.
Not that I disagree, just to see what she sees.

Journo shocked people care about their daily lives and futures more than jokes they’ve deemed offensive.
