‘Humiliating!’ Kamala caught staging a ‘door knock’ after already greeting Pennsylvania family on porch

The Trump campaign was among a wave of mocking social media users who blasted Vice President Kamala Harris as she went knocking on doors in Reading, Pennsylvania.

“Kamala’s ‘door knocking’ in Pittsburgh involved her meeting supporters outside their home, then demanding they move to the doorway so the press could capture a fake door knock,” the Trump War Room account wrote on X. “Humiliating!”

Harris joined canvassers in Reading for a door-knocking photo op and was captured on video as she walked up to a porch, saying to the family, “Hi guys… sorry for the intrusion.”

“Oh my gosh,” the man exclaimed as they hugged the Democratic nominee.

“I wasn’t expecting that… thought it was Shapiro,” he could be heard saying, in a reference to Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro.

“Well, I want to door knock,” Harris explained, prompting all to move to the door to stage the perfect photo op.

In another video posted, Harris is seen literally ringing a doorbell before greeting the supposedly surprised homeowners who just happened to be voting for the Democrat.

“It’s the day before the election but I just wanted to come by and say that I hope to earn your vote and wanted to thank you for just giving us the time,” she told the couple.

The woman in the video revealed she had already voted for Harris and would be a poll worker the next day. Her husband planned to vote on Tuesday and engaged in a short conversation with the nominee.

Social media users found nothing spontaneous or authentic about the encounter.

Harris was called out as the “fakest politician in history” among other things as X users reacted to the photo staging of her door-knocking effort.
