CNN proved critics right by pretty much ignoring the bombshell development in the investigation from Special Counsel John Durham.
The network, along with the rest of leftist media outlets, spent much of their airtime with their collective heads in the sand, refusing to spend much – if any – time on the findings that Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign had allegedly spied on Donald Trump at his New York home and later even at the White House once he was elected.
But “Reliable Sources” host Brian Stelter found a way to take CNN’s non-coverage to a new level, touching on the development by bashing rival network Fox News Channel.
While a review of CNN’s coverage Monday revealed that “The Lead” host Jake Tapper did spend a few moments bringing up the Durham revelations, Stelter chose a different approach.
Stelter responded on Twitter to a post and highlighted Fox News’ banners on air.
Tonight’s Fox banners include “CROOKED CAUGHT RED-HANDED” and “HILLARY IS THE REAL INSURRECTIONIST” https://t.co/QjLU2OaELR

It seems Stelter and the rest of the left-wing media will soon be proving Brit Hume right as the Fox News senior political analyst predicted that the “national media is going to have egg all over its collective face again” with the Durham story.
Re suppression of Durham revelation. @BritHume: “Media’s reaction to it is shades of the Hunter Biden laptop story…they refused to cover” and “ended up with egg all over their faces.” He predicted: “The national media is going to have egg all over it’s collective face again.” pic.twitter.com/VWKOtXs4M4

Twitter users lambasted CNN’s Stelter for his non-reporting on the development.
So, any curiosity about this story, or just gonna bash the competition and move on?

And?
— Adam Klein (@stellamydog) February 15, 2022
Did you check to see why Durham is trending since day before yesterday?
— Mukesh (@mukesh_thak) February 15, 2022
It’s almost as if there was a big story that broke that you aren’t covering,
— Pamplemousse (@mrkeeny) February 15, 2022
Fox is getting you to inadvertently cover some actual news so I’m still calling it a win.
— Julia G. (@JuliaGulia80920) February 15, 2022
This is an interesting way to admit you’re not covering a major story.
— Scytale (@BulleitBro) February 15, 2022
Hey Tater, people already know what Fox News is reporting, because they have actual viewers and ratings.
