Confused Pelosi mimics Biden in ‘clown show’ CNN interview

Pelosi did an excellent impersonation of a befuddled, addled Joe Biden in a CNN interview where she got her Kennedys mixed up and called whistleblower testimony a “ridiculous clown show.”

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) sat down with CNN host Dana Bash on “State of the Union” Sunday and made it extremely evident that she’s past her sell-by date. She confused multiple points during the interview, having to be gently corrected as she did so.

Bash wanted to know what the former speaker of the House thought about the whistleblower testimony from two IRS agents, Joseph Ziegler and Gary Shapley, who testified in separate hearings and spoke about the obstruction of the Hunter Biden investigation.

“This past week, two IRS whistleblowers, career investigators, testified under oath that the Justice Department slow-walked the investigation into President Biden’s son Hunter and ignored recommendations to file more serious felony charges,” Bash stated. “Are you confident the politics did not play a role here?”

“Well, it was a — since you reference the hearing, what a ridiculous clown show, again, on the part of the Republicans,” Pelosi sneered just before referring to the wrong Kennedy and getting corrected for it. “Here was a purpose that you described. What did they do? Bring in Joe Kennedy talking about censorship, that he’s being censored, as he’s talking to the world in a congressional hearing, and showing pictures that had nothing to do with the essence of it.”

She was evidently incensed by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene showing redacted photos of Hunter Biden engaged in sexual gratification during the hearing. Bizarrely, she also seemed extremely upset over Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s testimony during a separate hearing that she confused with the whistleblowers’ testimony.

Hunter Biden’s attorney is now demanding that Greene face a Congressional Ethics investigation for showing the explicit pictures of the first son.

Pelosi was asked if she thought the Department of Justice was being fair in its investigation. She did not directly answer the question, instead, the congresswoman speciously claimed she respected the whistleblowers but then resorted to calling the hearing a “clown show” again.

“Did you… do you feel confident no politics by the DOJ?” Bash asked.

“Well, the district… the US attorney was a Trump appointee, a Trump appointee,” Pelosi prattled. “Now, I’m… I have respect for whistle-blowers, but the fact is that, from the basis of that hearing, they… they didn’t even have a fair shot at what they came to say, in light of the clown show that was going on with pictures, and Robert F. Kennedy… Robert Kennedy, with his ridiculous presentation.”

“No, I’m not — I’m not confident of — about what the whistleblower said,” she asserted. “The US attorney was a Trump attorney. This is their opinion. It was not the opinion of others there.”

She also gushed over President Biden once again during the interview.

During Wednesday’s hearing, Ziegler testified in front of Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) that Hunter Biden, his family members, and business associates received over $17 million in connection to their business dealings in China, Ukraine, and Romania.

Those purported deals included multimillion-dollar payments to Biden family-linked shell companies from 2014 to 2019, including $7.3 million from Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings.

Both Ziegler and Shapley testified that officials at the Justice Department, FBI, and IRS obstructed the Hunter Biden investigation and that decisions on whether to charge the first son were influenced by politics.

Pelosi was mocked on Twitter once again:
