Hunter Biden’s lawyer wants MTG disciplined over explicit photos of first son

Hunter Biden’s lawyer accused Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) of “abhorrent behavior” in an ethics complaint filed on Friday.

As BizPac Review reported, Greene set the House Oversight Committee on fire on Wednesday when she held up censored-but-graphic shots of the first son taken from his forgotten laptop while questioning IRS whistleblower Special Agent Joseph Ziegler.

Greene warned viewers that “parental discretion is advised,” stating that “the following images are disturbing.”

Though clearly salacious, the collages of Hunter engaging in sexual activities with various women were arguably relevant to Greene’s line of questioning.

She was asking Ziegler about the federal Mann Act of 1910, a law that forbids the transportation of women across state lines “for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose.”

“So when Hunter Biden paid for this woman to do this with him to travel across state lines from California to Washington, D.C. on June 15 — this is a violation of the Mann Act,” Greene stated. “This was prostitution.”

Biden’s attorney, Abbe David Lowell, fired off a letter to the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE), describing Greene’s actions as “abhorrent behavior that blatantly violates House Ethics rules and standards of official conduct,” The Hill reported on Friday.

Lowell called on the OCE to “immediately” begin a review of the controversial Rep.’s conduct.

“This week, your colleague has lowered herself, and by extension the entire House of Representatives, to a new level of abhorrent behavior that blatantly violates House Ethics rules and standards of official conduct,” Lowell wrote. “If the OCE takes its responsibilities seriously, it will promptly and decisively condemn and discipline Ms. Greene for her latest actions.”

“Now more than ever,” he added, “the House has a duty to make loud and clear that it does not endorse, condone, or agree with her outrageous, undignified conduct and brazen violations of the standards of official conduct that do not reflect creditably on the House of Representatives.”

As BizPac Review reported, Greene also employed pornographic props in her questioning of the second whistleblower, IRS supervisor Gary Shapley, prompting offended Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) to ask Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), “Should we be displaying this, Mr. Chairman?”

In a Wednesday interview with Newsmax host Rob Schmitt, Greene defended the use of the images, arguing that they were “evidence” that the “American people deserve to see.”

On Friday, the unapologetic lawmaker demanded to know, “When will the DOJ prosecute Hunter Biden for violating the Mann Act (human sex trafficking) and paying prostitutes through his law firm, OWASCO, then writing those sex payments off as business expenses?”

“And did Hunter pay taxes on any revenue made from the sex tapes he uploaded to porn sites?” she asked.


On Thursday, she posted a clip of her questioning and bluntly stated that Hunter Biden “sex trafficked” one of the women in the raunchy photos.

“This isn’t the only case of sex trafficking crimes committed by the Bidens,” she claimed. “There are dozens of cases outlined in Suspicious Activity Reports reports in the Treasury.”
