Democrats revive Trump-Epstein fight with unsigned report alleging rape at New York hotel

President Donald Trump is once again the target of House Democrats as new allegations arise ahead of the midterms.

Democrats are demanding a special counsel to probe new claims made against the president in an “unsigned staff report,” according to Mediaite, which obtained a copy.

“The accusation against Trump was made in an unsigned staff report from House Judiciary Committee Democrats, which claimed Trump took part in Epstein’s sex crimes and has now used his administration to ‘cover it up,'” the outlet reports. “One new allegation is made against Trump in the report. That [a woman] ‘credibly alleges Trump violently raped her at a November 1993 pageant at the Plaza Hotel in New York City and that Epstein, Trump, and others used this pageant as a ‘hunting ground’ to prey on vulnerable young women and girls,’ according to the report. Her accusation was made in conversations with Judiciary Committee staff.”

The report cites 11 women who link Trump to Epstein, five of whom accused the president of assault or rape. It even accuses Attorney General Todd Blanche and other Department of Justice (DOJ) officials of “doing everything they can to keep the American people in the dark” regarding Trump’s Epstein ties.

“Blanche’s apparent instructions not to discuss a specific Epstein victim, and how that victim could implicate Donald Trump, could easily run afoul of 18 U.S.C. § 1512, which forbids hindering or delaying the communication of information relating to the potential commission of a federal offense to a law enforcement officer, as well as corruptly influencing the testimony of any person in an official proceeding — such as a congressional interview and investigation,” it reportedly reads.

Rep. Jamie Raskin issued a statement, demanding action.

“The women who survived Epstein deserve to be heard. Congress must have the complete files required by law, and an independent special counsel must investigate Epstein’s co-conspirators and DOJ’s cover-up and ensure that state and foreign prosecutors have the evidence they need to pursue justice,” he said.

The president has previously and continues to maintain his innocence in all matters relating to the late billionaire financier and child sex abuser Jeffrey Epstein. In fact, a previously released document reveals that Trump urged former Palm Beach police chief Michael Reiter to look into Ghislaine Maxwell, in addition to thanking him for finally going after Epstein.

“Thank goodness you’re stopping him,” the president said at the time. “Everyone has known he’s been doing this.”
