Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was speaking to a crowded room of supporters in South Carolina when he was interrupted by rainbow flag-waving LGBTQ+ activists, whose timing could not have been better — for the candidate.
As the left-wing rabble was making themselves known the Republican governor was talking about how President Joe Biden ignores his seventh grandchild while focusing on indoctrinating our children.
“I have something to say to him: ‘Why don’t you focus on spending more time with your granddaughter in Arkansas, or at least acknowledge she exists before you worry about our children?’” DeSantis said.
Security swung into action to remove the LGBTQ+ activists and that’s when DeSantis came to recognize their presence.
Without missing a beat, DeSantis brought the room to their feet in rousing applause when he called out to those being removed, “And we don’t want YOU indoctrinating our children. Leave our kids alone!”

DeSantis has become a key target of the rainbow mafia for standing up for parents’ rights in the face of the left’s woke politics, taking steps to remove critical race theory and queer theory from Florida public schools.
He faced another enraged leftist who called him a “f*cking fascist” at an event last Friday and again brought the crowd to its feet with his response.
“Yeah, well, thank you, thank you,” DeSantis responded amid the boos coming from the room. “We’re not gonna let you impose an agenda on our kids. We’re gonna stand up for our kids. We’re gonna make sure to do it right.”
“Those people like that in Florida are the people we beat every single day on policy,” he added. “We do not let them win. We win all these battles. We’re not letting them indoctrinate our kids, not on our watch.”
