President Donald Trump is having fun, and leftists are hating every minute of it.
Case in point: On Tuesday, the president posted a hilarious artificial intelligence-generated video to Truth Social depicting him as a doctor treating left-wing lunatics for Trump Derangement Syndrome, or TDS.

“Have you or someone you know been diagnosed with TDS?” the video began with an AI-generated Trump asking the camera. “The symptoms can be relentless. Fortunately, I’m Dr. Trump, and I have a treatment plan. Let’s hear what some of my patients have to say.”
His patients included TDS victims like “The View” cohost Whoopi Goldberg and actors/actresses like Rosie O’Donnell, Edward Norton, Robert De Niro, and Julia Roberts.
“I have been suffering for over a decade, and after listening to Dr. Trump, I can see some results,” the AI-generated characters said. “Man, I’ve been suffering for years. I really didn’t believe that help was out there.”
“That was when I came across this video on TV. I really thought I was a lost cause. This was going to affect me for the rest of my life. But after using the treatment plan, I can see a difference,” they added.
Trump then took over narration again.
“I really wasn’t sure I could help some of these people,” he said. “They were so far gone, I wasn’t really sure.”
The video then turned to the TDS victims again.
“I had no idea how much this was affecting my life,” they said. “My work is slowed down. I’m hardly recognizable anymore. I just needed help. I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t sleep. Constantly angry.”
“I made everyone miserable around me. I feel like I’ve aged 20 years in the last two years. I’ve been so concerned. I was really starting to worry about my future,” they added.
The video concluded with Trump prescribing a treatment plan.
“The treatment is simple: Turn off fake news, say your prayers, and if you ever feel anxious, just have a Diet Coke like me, and you’re going to see a remarkable difference in your life,” he said.
All this comes a tad over a year after Ohio Rep. Warren Davidson introduced a new bill called the Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) Research Act of 2025.
As previously reported, the bill “would direct the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to study the psychological and social roots of what is known as Trump Derangement Syndrome, a phenomenon marked by extreme negative reactions to President Donald J. Trump.”
Not just negative reactions but completely irrational, unhinged reactions unmoored from reality poured out from the left — such as when CNN analyst Jonah Goldberg accused Trump of wanting to kill disgraced former Rep. Liz Cheney.
While you were sleeping, Trump suggested Liz Cheney should face a firing squad. @JonahDispatch on CNN: “That is appalling, it is a small facet of the reasons why he’s unfit for office.”

“TDS has divided families, the country, and led to nationwide violence—including two assassination attempts on President Trump,” Davidson said in a statement. “The TDS Research Act would require the NIH to study this toxic state of mind, so we can understand the root cause and identify solutions.”
“Instead of funding ludicrous studies such as giving methamphetamine to cats or teaching monkeys to gamble for their drinking water, the NIH should use that funding to research issues that are relevant to the real world,” he added.
The bill would reportedly use “existing NIH resources” to “investigate” TDS’ origins, “analyze” its impact on people, “explore” potential interventions, and “provide data-driven insights into how media and polarization shape political violence and social unrest.”
Appearing on Fox News for an interview in February of 2025, then-Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) boss Elon Musk reported his own experience running into and dealing with TDS.
“So, like, I was at a friend’s birthday party in L.A., just a birthday dinner, and it was, like, a nice, quiet dinner, and everyone was behaving normally,” he began. “And then I happened to mention — this was before the election, like a month or two before — I happened to mention the president’s name, and it was like they got shot with a dart in the jugular that contained, like, the methamphetamine and rabies.”
“And they’re like, ‘Why?’ And I’m, like, ‘What is wrong — like, guys, like’ — you just can’t have, like, a normal conversation. And it’s like — it’s like they become completely irrational,” he added.
