The Trump Department of Justice (DOJ) has fired four prosecutors who were responsible during the Biden administration for prosecuting and jailing Christians who prayed at abortion clinics.
The four prosecutors went after Christians by exploiting the FACE Act, a law that prohibits one from using force or threats of force to intimidate people getting abortions at an abortion clinic or praying at a church.

The firing came the same day that the DOJ published an extensive report documenting example after example of the Biden administration exploiting the FACE Act to target peaceful pro-life activists.
The report further contrasted the administration’s targeting of peaceful pro-life activists with its non-targeting and non-enforcement against oftentimes violent and disruptive anti-religious activists.
“Though the FACE Act was supposed to protect both pro-choice and pro-life facilities, Biden DOJ senior leadership … provided extensive support to abortion clinics, yet … often ignored and downplayed vandalism and attacks against pregnancy resource centers or houses of worship,” the report reads.
“This Department will not tolerate a two-tiered system of justice,” Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said in a statement. “No Department should conduct selective prosecution based on beliefs. The weaponization that happened under the Biden Administration will not happen again, as we restore integrity to our prosecutorial system.”
Harmeet Dhillon exposes how the Biden DOJ weaponized the FACE Act and the Ku Klux Klan Act to target and prosecute peaceful pro-life advocates.

One of the more egregious FACE Act exploitations occurred in 2022, when the Biden DOJ performed a SWAT raid on the home of Mark Houck, a pro-life author and father of seven who ran a nonprofit that offered sidewalk counseling outside abortion clinics in Philadelphia.
Why did the FBI raid his home? Because a year earlier, Houck committed the alleged crime of defending himself and his eldest son against a lunatic pro-abortion activist.
According to Houck’s wife, Ryan-Marie, while he was out sidewalk counseling with their eldest son, he and the son were harassed by said activist.
“On several occasions when Mark went to sidewalk counsel last year, he took his eldest son, who was only 12 at the time. For ‘weeks and weeks,’ a ‘pro-abortion protester’ would speak to the boy, saying ‘crude … inappropriate and disgusting things,’ such as ‘your dad’s a f-g,’ and other statements,” LifeSite News reported.
“Repeatedly, Mark would tell this pro-abortion man that he did not have permission to speak to his son and please refrain from doing so. And ‘he kept doing it and kind of came into [the son’s] personal space’ obscenely ridiculing his father. At this point, ‘Mark shoved him away from his child, and the guy fell back.’”
The case was reportedly thrown out of court, but then the Biden DOJ decided to intervene and file its own charges against Houck. The DOJ specifically charged Houck with violating the FACE Act as per an alleged “attack on a patient escort.”
Conversely, when a transgender activist willingly admitted to vandalizing a Catholic church with vulgarities, destroying a statue of the Virgin Mary, assaulting a church worker, and resisting arrest, the Biden administration chose to let him off the hook with a sweetheart plea deal.

Mike Davis, the founder of the Article III Project, slammed the difference between how the Biden administration treated Houck and how it treated the transgender activist, Maeve Nota.
“The Biden Justice Department tried to put Houck in prison for 11 years for defending his son while recommending no jail time for Nota after this deranged trans terrorist badly damaged a Catholic church, fought with the police, assaulted a church employee, and scared the hell out of a little old lady praying,” he said at the time.
There’s also the case of pro-life activist Paula Harlow, an elderly woman who was sentenced to a whopping 24 months in prison by the Biden administration for peacefully protesting outside an abortion clinic in 2020.
