After screeching at German tourists to “get the f**k out of our country,” Brianna Pinnix, a 30-year-old talent acquisition specialist at Capital Rx who appeared to be drunk at the time, is now out of a job.
Pinnix was on a New Jersey Transit train bound for New York City when she was caught on camera confronting a group of German male tourists, DailyMail.com first reported.
“Are you German or something?” she demanded to know. “What did you say? Tell me what you said.”

Pinnix was immediately dubbed a “Karen” on social media for her actions.
In the video, her boyfriend can be seen trying to de-escalate the situation, warning her, “Brie, don’t do this. You could be arrested.”
The tourists were only “having a private conversation,” he told her.
“I can handle my own,” she informed him.
“Brie, please stop this, please,” he pleaded. “Stop this right now, go sit down or I’m never going to talk to you again.”
“I love you,” she snapped back, “but get off me.”
“I’m an immigrant too, you know that right?” he calmly told Pinnix when she had returned to her seat.
“Yeah … but I’m responsible for you so it’s OK,” she laughed.
But she was soon up again, yelling, “Let’s not let immigrants take up our country…how about you get the f**k out of our country.”
Capital Rx issued a statement condemning Pinnix’s behavior.
“Our company has a zero-tolerance policy around prejudicial or discriminatory behavior. After conducting a review of the circumstances, we acted immediately and terminated the employee in question,” a spokesperson for Capital Rx told the New York Post in a statement on Wednesday.
“The former employee’s actions and words are not representative of Capital Rx, and we offer our sincerest apology to those who were hurt,” they added.
According to The Post, “Other social media accounts — as well as [Pinnix’s] LinkedIn profile — linked to her name have been wiped since the embarrassing and xenophobic video of her surfaced on Reddit.”
But Pinnix’s antics were not completely void of support.
In the video, one man on the train can be heard cheering her on.
“Hit them with a right hook,” he told her.
“Thank you!” Pinnix exclaimed, jumping up from her seat.
“Hit me with a right hook,” the passenger dared her. “Let me see what you got. Pretend it’s his face.”
She gently tapped him, and he sat down with an, “Ohhh!”
New Jersey Transit, on the other hand, told DailyMail.com that it “strongly condemns any behavior of this type.”
Its customers are “encouraged to report incidents of this nature to train crew members, or they can reach out to NJ TRANSIT Police,” they stressed.
Passengers who witnessed the incident could be heard voicing their disapproval.
“That’s harsh,” one woman says after Pinnix tells the Germans to “get the f**k out.”
On Reddit, users felt most sorry for Pinnix’s boyfriend.
“She’s drunk out of her skull and her nasty true character is now out there for all to see,” wrote one user. “The guy should ditch her toxic backside ASAP.”
