MSNBC works overtime trying to sell RFK Jr. as a ‘MAGA-crazy Republican’

MSNBC analyst David Jolly has a weird definition of a “MAGA-crazy Republican.”

According to Jolly, it can include a lifelong Democrat-turned-Independent who celebrates such things as a “huge victory for the indigenous of Ecuador to protect their territory from oil drilling” and promises to “unite climate activists and skeptics in an environmental renaissance the likes of which we have not seen since the 1960s.”

What “MAGA-crazy Republican” wouldn’t choose as his running mate a woman with a long history of donating to left-wing politicians and liberal causes?

Don’t be fooled.

Jolly assured MSNBC viewers on Saturday that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is not just a “MAGA-crazy Republican,” he’s also “a vaccine denier.”

And ultimately, the astute analyst predicted, Kennedy will do more harm to Republicans than to Democrats when November rolls around.

“I still think RFK Junior can take more from Republicans,” the former Florida representative said. “I think that is why Trump is attacking him.”

As BizPac Review reported, former President Donald Trump recently accused Kennedy of being “a Democrat plant.”

“A radical left liberal who’s been put in place in order to help Crooked Joe Biden, the worst president in the history of the United States get reelected,” Trump said in a video posted to Truth Social. “A lot of people think Junior is a conservative. He’s not.”

“I’d even take Biden over Jr. because our country would last about a year or two later than with Jr.,” Trump declared. “It would collapse almost immediately. And his family — a radical left, a crazy left, a bunch of lunatics — would take over and our country would die very quickly,”

“He is a MAGA-crazy Republican, he is a vaccine denier,” Jolly insisted. “He denies science. He flip-flops on the issue of abortion, and even his own VP candidate can’t keep up with where he is day to day on the most important issue going into November.”

“Now he says he has a worm eating his brain,” the analyst claimed, adding a worm gnawing on his brain would make Kennedy “a perfect Republican today.”

“Who knows how he takes in specific states that really matter to a Biden victory in November, but I would tell you that this guy really speaks to the Aaron Rodgers Republican, which ultimately could take from the MAGA crowd,” Jolly ranted. “I suspect to see Biden having fun with RFK in November.”

Meanwhile, Kennedy praised the Libertarian Party on Friday for extending an invitation to both him and Trump to the party’s convention.

“I applaud [the] Libertarian Party for inviting me and President Trump to their convention,” the Independent candidate wrote on X. “This country needs more communication across ideological divides.

“I look forward to exploring areas of affinity, particularly our mutual commitment to freedoms enshrined in the Bill of Rights.”
