Enes Freedom dunks LeBron James over disrespect for national anthem, says he’d stand for China

Patriotic former National Basketball Association player Enes Kanter Freedom slam dunked Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James over his disrespect for the national anthem during his son’s college basketball game this week.

On Tuesday, “King James” was seen strolling into the Galen Center to watch Bronny James and the USC Trojans contest against Long Beach State during the rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner. Instead of joining the crowd in pausing to stand for the anthem, he plunked himself down in a courtside seat.

Video of James, the scowling face of the modern NBA as well as a self-styled race prophet, went viral leading to harsh criticism of the billionaire ball player, including from Kanter, who threw down on the future hall of famer, suggesting that he is unappreciative of the USA as well as a greedy, ungrateful heel who is subservient to Communist China.

“Lebron James stands for whoever gives him money! He would have stood with his hand on his heart if that was the Chinese National Anthem!” Freedom wrote on X. “He has no respect for the men and women who defend our country, so that he can live his life freely.”

“Poor example of leadership and an embarrassment to the #NBA,” he added. “He has no respect for the country that allowed him to become a billionaire, and a worldwide basketball star.”

James has a history of disrespecting the national anthem, taking a knee Colin Kaepernick-style in support of the militant Black Lives Matter movement during the George Floyd “summer of love,” joining his fellow wealthy ingrates in a flagrant display of ingratitude toward the nation that made it possible for them to become rich and famous for playing a game.

James also has declined to use his influence to speak out against China’s human rights abuses, a failure of moral character that Kanter drew attention to back when he was playing for the Boston Celtics, wearing a pair of special shoes for a 2021 game against the Lakers that depicted the kneeling “King” having a crown placed on his head by Chinese President Xi Jinping,

“Did you educate yourself about the slave labor that made your shoes or is that not part of your research?” Freedom wrote in a post to Twitter before it was renamed by new owner Elon Musk.

Freedom also spoke about the terrible example that James was setting during a Thursday appearance on “The Story” on Fox News.

“LeBron James will stand up for anyone who pays him the most money,” he told host Martha MacCallum. “If that was a Chinese national anthem, trust me, he would have stood up and put his hand on his heart.”

“It’s such a shame because there are many brave people fought so hard for this country. Men and women, So LeBron and everyone can live a better life, free life and peaceful life, and this is how you appreciate them?” Freedom asked.

“This country made you a billionaire. This country made you a worldwide basketball star. What a poor example,” he continued. “Also, this is happening in a college game. There are thousands of kids in that arena idolizing you. By you walking and disrespecting the flag, disrespecting our country, it’s a poor representation. So he should know better.”
