A Royal “expert” is claiming that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s break with the Royal family came after King Charles offered an important cottage to disgraced Prince Andrew.

The royal couple reportedly didn’t think Prince Andrew deserved the cottage after his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and were bitter about it. It’s also claimed that the cottage was a wedding gift to the Sussexes from the late Queen.

King Charles III offering Prince Andrew Frogmore Cottage as his royal living quarters was perceived as a brazen insult to the couple who were given the boot by the King after Prince Harry wrote a memoir.

“According to royal expert Omid Scobie’s upcoming book, Endgame, Charles, 75, offered the royal residence to Andrew, 63, after evicting Harry, 39, and Meghan, 42, via an ‘eviction notice’ nailed to the door of the cottage. The author claimed that the move was a ‘final blow’ for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” y!entertainment wrote.

“The Royal Family isn’t fighting for survival, Harry and Meghan are! They’ve blown it and they know it.”

“The decision for Charles to offer Frogmore to Andrew may not have meant to be a move against Harry, per Scobie, but it ‘undoubtedly’ was. Andrew, meanwhile, repeatedly turned down the property, according to Scobie. The writer noted that Charles has a ‘blind spot’ when it comes to his younger brother,” the tabloid added.

“Andrew has lived in the family’s Royal Lodge for the past two decades, paying rent and financially contributing to the estate’s remodeling projects. In 2019, Andrew stepped down from his duties as a working member of the royal family after he was accused of sexual misconduct, which he vehemently denied. In May 2020, he permanently resigned from his public roles and was later stripped of all his military titles and patronages,” y!intertainment reported.

Prince Andrew fell from grace after being photographed and seen with young girls that billionaire Jeffrey Epstein had allegedly ensnared. King Charles is said to have “openly detested” his brother’s actions but he was also worried about him.

In 2020, when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were still living in the cottage with their son Archie, they made an announcement that they were taking a step back as senior working royals. Not long after that, they relocated to California and had a daughter named Lilibet. They still used the cottage when they visited the UK. In March of this year, the couple were asked to vacate the residence. Three months later, they complied according to US Magazine.

According to the book, after they were told to leave the cottage, Prince Harry called his father to discuss it, asking King Charles if he wanted to see his grandchildren. The King didn’t answer the question but told his son that he and his family were welcome anytime and space would be found for them.

Royal reporter and author Omid Scobie is being ripped on social media for trashing the Royal family and fawning over the Sussexes. A number of people called the book “boring.” There have also been translation errors and claims of a number of lies and errors in the book.
