After being banned on Twitter for being too good of a troll, master memesmith Carpe Donktum has made a triumphant return courtesy of U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell.
Donktum worked his magic on Swalwell’s recent impassioned floor speech defending fellow Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar. While the speech itself was already pretty hilarious, the edit is downright hysterical.
