In another sign that the backlash against beer giant Anheuser-Busch’s disastrous choice to bring in transgender TikToker Dylan Mulvaney to pitch its popular Bud Light brand is spreading like wildfire, fans at a Riley Green concert went wild when the country music star changed the lyrics of one of his most popular songs in a shout out to a competitor.
During Friday night’s sold-out show at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium where he opened for Luke Combs, Green drew rousing cheers from the audience at the venue when he subbed Coors Light for Bud Light during the performance of his smash hit “I Wish Granpdas Didn’t Die” in recognition of the growing boycott of the product that has already inflicted major damage on the company.
During the chorus of the song, Green updated the lyrics to wishing that “coolers never run out of cold Coors Light,” as the crowd erupted, the moment was captured on video and posted to Twitter.

For those not familiar with the original version, the lyrics are:
“And I wish even cars had truck beds
And every road was named Copperhead
And coolers never run out of cold Bud Light”
Twitter users reacted to the updated lyrics in recognition of Bud Light’s dumping on conservative consumers by becoming evangelists for the transgender cult.
So @RileyGreenMusic wrote the song years ago.
singing he wished coolers never ran out of cold bud light.
He changed the song.. the crowd went nuts..
How can a beer company be this out of touch with their customers? https://t.co/38OqTvWfBw pic.twitter.com/1Fxr1VmYfn— Frog Capital (@FrogNews) April 15, 2023

The fact that Riley green took the words bud light out of his song and replaced it with coors light gave me the most American boner imaginable.

Other musicians have also come out against Bud Light including Green’s fellow country star Travis Tritt who reacted to the Mulvaney ads by deleting Anheuser-Busch products from his tour.
“I will be deleting all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider. I know many other artists who are doing the same,” the singer wrote on Twitter, encouraging other artists to do likewise. “Other artists who are deleting Anheuser-Busch products from their hospitality rider might not say so in public for fear of being ridiculed and cancelled. I have no such fear.”

Tritt also shared a list of all of the company’s other beers that those who are boycotting Bud Light should also stay away from so that the damage to the bottom line won’t be limited to just one of the many brands that AB is currently marketing.

While some correctly pointed out that Coors Light has consistently supported the LGBT community they fail to make the distinction that transgenderism is a completely different animal with practitioners of what not that long ago was widely accepted as a mental illness having a fondness for the seduction of young children as well as an alarming tendency for violence.
