Presumed Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris may have finally scored Barack Obama’s endorsement, but other Dems won’t be so easy.
As top Dems and their media lapdogs run full steam ahead in support of a potential Harris presidency, Democrats stuck in the real world aren’t so eager to climb on board. After all, they have constituents to answer to.
Take, for instance, Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez of Washington who’s considered a vulnerable Democrat in an otherwise deep blue state. When confronted on D.C. streets about endorsing Harris, Perez, who is a DNC delegate, was tight-lipped as she hurriedly walked away while the reporter pressed the question.

The Washington rep. continued to run on mute when asked about Harris’ record on the border during the same encounter, but let her feelings known when she and five other Democrats voted with Republicans in favor of a resolution to bash the ‘Border Czar’s’ failures.
“By every metric, Kamala Harris has failed to secure our borders, instead advancing far-left Democrats’ failed open border policies and the needs of illegal immigrants over the safety of Americans,” New York Rep. Elise Stefanik tweeted while taking to the House floor with the handful of Dem support on Thursday.
Perez’s campaign later spoke to Fox News Digital telling them she had ‘no plans’ to endorse Harris.
Perez is considered one of the country’s most vulnerable Dems and squeaked out a 2022 win by less than 2 points, FND reported.
On the other hand, Jared Golden of Maine, a so-called centrist Democrat said he’s ‘absolutely not’ committed to supporting Harris, according to Axios.
Golden who won his race handily also joined the GOP in condemning Harris’ failure on the border crisis, but put out the “wait and see” attitude to keep the door open for a possible Harris endorsement in the future, according to Axios.
On the Senate side of things, Jon Tester of Montana has yet to throw in his hat for Harris, likely gauging the reaction he might receive from local conservative voters.
Harris has made a name for herself supporting far-left policies and has been dubbed “dangerously liberal.” It’s seemingly made at least some Democrats hesitant about public support.
From anti-police rhetoric to anti-fracking to her disastrous border policies (or lack thereof) she, and the media have a long row to hoe to transform her into a moderate Martin Luther King Jr.-like figure.
DID YOU KNOW: Kamala Harris was rated America’s most liberal US Senator by nonpartisan observers during her time in Congress.
