President Joe Biden frequently exploded in volcanic, F-bomb laden rants at White House reminders of his predecessor, former President Donald J. Trump according to a new book offering an inside glance at the early part of the deeply unpopular leader’s time in office.
The book, one of the first in a likely torrent of hagiographies depicting the ill-tempered octogenarian as a heroic if not historic figure reveals that Biden was constantly triggered over “small reminders” of the nation’s 45th president, particularly a big screen television and golf simulator that would allow Trump, an avid golfer, to play virtually against the backdrop of some of the world’s most famous courses.
“‘What a f**king a**hole,’ Biden said, showing the contraption to a guest,” writes author Chris Whipple in the forthcoming The Fight of His Life: Inside Joe Biden’s White House which is set to be released later this month, one of many examples of the lifelong Democrat politician’s intense hatred for Trump and his America first approach to governance as revealed by media outlets that have received advance copies of the book.

In another excerpt from the book, this one reported by The Hill, describes a foul-mouthed Biden’s fury over the crisis at the border where illegal aliens have been swarming in increasing numbers ever since he was sworn in.
“Meanwhile, illegal immigrants kept arriving. And Biden was furious,” the book says according to the outlet. “Aides had rarely seen him so angry. From all over the West Wing, you could hear the president cursing, dropping f-bombs (he’d always apologize when women were present).”
“It was just the frustration of a lack of solutions,” Whipple writes a senior adviser said. “It’s like, ‘how would you feel if you were me and these were the solutions you had?’ It’s the weight of the presidency, right?”
The author also described Biden as being “on a short fuse” on another issue later in the year, “Early in his term he had reserved the f-bomb mostly for discussions of the southern border, but lately he was using it more often,” the book says according to Fox News.
The book also says that Biden demanded that the Resolute Desk be removed from the Oval Office simply because the historic piece of furniture – a gift from Britain’s Queen Victoria to President Rutherford B. Hayes in 1880 which has been used by numerous presidents – was used by Trump, wanting it to be replaced by the desk used by Democratic party icon Franklin D. Roosevelt.
“‘FDR’s desk “couldn’t be moved from the Roosevelt estate at Hyde Park, NY,’” Whipple writes, so the Resolute Desk remained in place — for Biden, one more ‘ubiquitous’ reminder of the 45th president,'” the New York Post reported of the book which it also received an advance copy of.
A paranoid Biden also feared that his Secret Service detail had been infiltrated by “MAGA sympathizers” who were loyal to his despised predecessor, the New York Post reports.
Another interesting detail is the tense relationship between Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, his absentee border czar.
According to Whipple’s book, Harris’ husband, former high-powered showbiz lawyer Doug Emhoff griped about the policy portfolio assigned to his wife, annoying Biden.
“He hadn’t asked Harris to do anything he hadn’t done as vice president — and she’d begged him for the voting rights assignment,” reported Politico which also received early access to the book.
Whipple, whose Amazon bio states is an “acclaimed author, political commentator, documentary filmmaker, and speaker” was able to put his book together after being given “extraordinary access” to Biden’s “inner circle” including Chief of Staff Ron Klain.
