Every time former Vice President Kamala Harris opens her mouth, America discovers that it dodged a bullet.
Harris is still on tour promoting her book, “107 Days,” which has recently come under fire for its characterization of former President Joe Biden. During her stop at The Getty Center in Los Angeles, she took some time to lob a profanity-laced rant at President Donald Trump’s administration. Valid criticism or the ramblings of a bitter loser?
You decide:
“There is so much about this moment that is trying to make people feel like they’ve lost their minds, when, in fact, these mothafuckas are crazy.”

“We are living history right now, and you all storytellers are living this. You’re not passive observers, you know that. You’re living it, and I would ask you that all the emotions that we are feeling — give those emotions, give that experience to those people that you are writing about and writing for. It gets back to my point about helping people just put a label on it, even if it doesn’t change the circumstance. Because there is so much about this moment that is trying to make people feel like they’ve lost their minds, when in fact, these motherf**kers are crazy!” Harris said, with the last line quickly going viral on social media.
During the visit, she reflected on her epic electoral loss to Trump, which she has falsely described as being a close race.
“I couldn’t articulate anything else — I kept saying over and over again, ‘My God, my God.’ I had never felt that level of pain and grief except that when my mother died, and it was grieving for the country. I knew what was going to happen,” she said.
“I don’t envy some of the folks who are here, who are in a situation where you are being subtly or maybe not even so subtly being sent signals that now is not the time to speak a certain level of truth with a certain level of candor. Every person has to make that decision for themselves, right? But there will always be risk associated with speaking truth,” the former veep said later, referring to the fear of censorship that has gripped Hollywood following the suspension of late-night host Jimmy Kimmel.
For the record, Kimmel was suspended for mocking the assassination of conservative political activist Charlie Kirk and insinuating that his killer was a MAGA supporter.
