‘Fox & Friends’ gets an irreverent earful when Texas woman rips Michelle Obama and Nikki Haley

Fox News’ Will Cain in a Texas diner talking to voters in a Fox & Friends segment aired on Tuesday, and he asked a woman about the announcement from the former first lady’s office that Michelle Obama will not be running for president in 2024.

Getting more than he bargained for, the woman not only celebrated the news — Michelle Obama has no qualifications to be president, other than the cult of personality around her — but offered an unsolicited opinion of former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, the last remaining Republican challenger to former President Donald Trump.

It wasn’t a favorable opinion.

“Thank God! Yes,” the woman said when told that Mrs. Obama would reportedly not be a factor in the November election.

Cain said Fox & Friends cohost Ainsley Earhardt asked for a woman’s reaction and the female diner did not mince words: “I wouldn’t vote for a woman. And especially, you know, Nikki Haley — I’m just going to say this, she’s probably menopausal. We don’t need that.”

“She said how about we vote for people regardless of their gender, just the right person for the job,” Cain said, in apparent reference to an off-screen exchange with the woman.

“The lady in the diner is correct. You don’t want a woman that is not the right woman,” Earhardt followed up. “Look at the stark contrast of Nikki Haley and Kamala Harris. Yeah, two totally different individuals that could be president one day. They’re completely different. So you don’t, she’s absolutely right. And you don’t want a woman who doesn’t want to be president running for president.”

As for Mrs. Obama, Crystal Carson, her director of communications, said in a statement Monday, “As former First Lady Michelle Obama has expressed several times over the years, she will not be running for president, Mrs. Obama supports President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’ re-election campaign.”
