Fox hosts blast ‘attack dog’ Ramaswamy over debate performance. Campos-Duffy on the other hand…

The take on Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy’s debate performance by Fox & Friends hosts was exactly the opposite of their colleague Rachel Campos-Duffy.

Hosts Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt, and Brian Kilmeade all piled on Ramaswamy Thursday over his aggressive performance during the third Republican debate in Miami.

During highlights of the face-off, Kilmeade asserted that Ramaswamy was “throwing bombs” during the debate and mentioned his young age in connection to it.

Earhardt was offended that the Republican firebrand attacked Nikki Haley’s three-inch heels and her daughter using TikTok, “Women don’t appreciate it. When you go after your daughter and your high heels, it’s sexist.”

Doocy chimed in, “He had a terrible night,” adding, “He was an attack dog last night.”

The hosts agreed that DeSantis and Haley won the debate and floated that the other candidates should drop out.

Fox & Friends host Rachel Campos-Duffy had an entirely different take on Ramaswamy. She had a spirited interview with him and his wife Dr. Apoorva Ramaswamy following the debate and made it clear she was impressed.

“[P]eople are talking about, it’s funny, but the truth is that this is a really important topic to you, the idea of war. It is peace and the wars that we’ve been in in the last decades and so,” Campos-Duffy said to Ramaswamy.

She also gushed, “You know, one of the things somebody told me here in the diner was that your answers are so perfect, it makes them nervous! Why is that?”

Ramaswamy answered, “I appreciate that you should be skeptical of any politician. I’ve only been one for about seven months, but I, too, am skeptical of politicians.”

The debate exchanges between Ramaswamy and Haley that got Fox & Friends riled up were some of the most memorable of the evening.

“Do you want a leader from a different generation who is going to put this country first?” Ramaswamy asked the audience at one point concerning wars, “Or do you want Dick Cheney in three-inch heels? In which case, we’ve got two of them onstage tonight.”

When asked about banning TikTok because it is a national security threat connected to the communist Chinese, Ramaswamy responded, “Well, I want to laugh at why Nikki Haley didn’t answer your question, which is about looking at families in the eye. In the last debate, she made fun of me actually joining TikTok. Well, her own daughter was actually using the app for a long time. So you might want to take care of your family first before preaching to anybody else.”

“Leave my daughter out of your voice,” Haley snapped at Ramaswamy as he was booed.

“The next generation of Americans are using it, and that’s actually the point,” Ramaswamy added. “You have her supporters propping her up, that’s fine. Here’s the truth…”

You’re just scum!” Haley shot back.
