A man jailed for just 14 months after he dragged an NYPD detective in a stolen car, leaving him paralyzed, has been caught once again after leading cops on a chase in a stolen car – while being out on bail for a separate car chase.

Justin Murrell, 20, led officers from the Port Authority on a chase in a stolen car at John F. Kennedy Airport in February.

The stolen car was found days later and was linked to him through surveillance video, which captured him allegedly stealing cars at both New York’s LaGuardia and JFK airports.

Murrell was arrested on Monday as he left a courthouse in Brooklyn.

After being charged with criminal possession of stolen property and other offenses, he was then released under New York’s lax bail reform laws.
