‘Government sanctioned invasion’ cards: Leaked images reveal Biden admin’s ‘insane’ plan for illegals

The Biden administration has a plan to handle the endless sea of immigrants that are illegally crossing into the United States and overwhelming our cities, and it doesn’t involve closing the border and sending them back where they came from.

Leaked images obtained by Fox News Digital show that, not only does the president intend to continue to release the migrants into our nation’s struggling cities, he’s going to provide them with an ID card at the taxpayers’ expense — just in time for the 2024 elections.

Last year, Fox News reported that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was moving ahead with the ICE Secure Docket Card program, which the agency promised would “modernize various forms of documentation provided to provisionally released noncitizens through a consistent, verifiable, secure card.”

Images of the card feature “room for a photograph, a QR code and identifying information and security details, as well as the ICE logo in the top left corner,” according to Fox News Digital.

“ICE previously announced that the ID will have a photograph, biographic identifiers and ‘cutting-edge’ security features. The agency said then the program was still in development and would be considered for further expansion pending the outcome of the pilot,” the outlet reports. “ICE has now currently completed a required pilot notification to Congress.”

In a statement on Thursday, an ICE spokesperson stressed that the card will not serve as an “official form of federal identification.”

“The ICE secure docket card concept is a pilot program that would modernize documentation provided to some noncitizens,” the spokesperson said. “While the specifics of the program are under development, it is important to note the secure card will not be an official form of federal identification. The secure card will indicate it is for use by DHS agencies and would be provided only after national security background checks have been performed.”

“Currently, noncitizens receive paper documents from the federal government about their immigration status,” the spokesperson continued. “Paper documents pose a security risk, are easily lost, and degrade rapidly in real-world use, creating inefficiencies for the government and noncitizens.”

While ICE insists the card could be used for such things as checking in with the agency and identifying deportable migrants, many conservatives see them as yet another way of welcoming illegal immigrants rather than securing our open borders.

RJ Hauman, president of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE), called on Congress to “wake up.”

“ICE is a federal law enforcement agency, not the DMV. When will Congress wake up and put an end to these open-borders, anti-enforcement programs that defy the agency’s mission and enable the crisis?” he asked. “ICE should be arresting, detaining, and removing those who come here illegally, not doling out social services.”

The sentiment was echoed on X, especially by those who fear the ID cards will be used to vote in our elections.

“President ⁦ @JoeBiden is insane and the most destructive leader in US history,” fumed one user. “If you believe that we have free and fair elections, I am telling you that you are EQUALLY f**king insane because CLEARLY elections don’t concern them anymore.”

“Just in time for the election, Biden is overseeing a government sanctioned invasion of our nation,” stated U.S. Senate candidate Bernie Moreno. “Instead of handing out ID Cards, we should be handing out deportation papers. Leaked images show Biden admin’s planned ICE ID card for illegal immigrants.”

Others are more outraged over the cost of the program to American taxpayers.

“Liberal logic: if you cross the border into the US illegally you will be rewarded instead of deported!” exclaimed Fox News’s Judge Jeanine Pirro. “Catch and release takes minutes. Meanwhile, American taxpayers wait 3 hours at the DMV.”


But, according to ICE, the ID card will save money and would only be used for DHS purposes.

“Moving to a secure card will save the agency millions, free up resources, and ensure information is quickly accessible to DHS officials while reducing the agency’s FOIA backlog,” the agency told Fox News Digital. “For provisionally released noncitizens, the digital modernization will provide ongoing access to important immigration documents through the secure card and connected portal.”

Meanwhile, illegal migrants who land in Illinois will be able to simply get a standard driver’s license that can be used for identification.

According to ABC 7, “Gov. JB Pritzker on Friday signed House Bill 3882, which will phase out the ‘Temporary Visitor Driver’s License,’ or TVDL, which noncitizens currently use to drive legally in Illinois. The new law takes effect July 1, 2024.”


In a statement, Pritzker said the driver’s licenses will help with the “stigma” of being a migrant.

“This legislation is a significant step in eliminating the barriers to opportunity that many undocumented immigrants face,” he said. “We’re ensuring every eligible individual can obtain a driver’s license, making our roads safer, decreasing stigma, and creating more equitable systems for all.”
