Taking on the DC swamp is daunting task, given the complexity of the problem, but most can agree that there is low-hanging fruit that can be snatched from the branches.
Take U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), for example. Mired in a number of fraud allegations, the one resounding question from Americans outside the Democratic Party is why in the hell has she not faced any accountability?
Fox News host Greg Gutfeld asked a related question, who’s protecting Omar?
“Who’s protecting her? Why are they protecting her? She married her sibling. She’s an alleged fraudster. She’s implicated in a ton of cases,” Gutfeld said this week on “The Five.”

“Can she be arrested? How hard is this? Mafia bosses went away for less. She’s the perfect example of a trickster who exploited the system paralyzed by identity politics,” he explained. “When she’s being implicated in all this, she’s calm, cool, and collected. She thinks she’s going to get off!”
As Gutfeld noted, Omar allegedly committed immigration fraud by marrying her brother to allow him entry into the United States. Omar and her husband also claimed assets upwards of $30 million, only to amend the filing to list their wealth between $18,004 and $95,000. And the Somali refugee’s name keeps coming up amid all the Somali-linked fraud in Minnesota.
Even President Trump has his eyes set on Omar.
“There is 19 Billion Dollars in Minnesota Somalia Fraud. Fake ‘Congresswoman’ Illhan Omar, a constant complainer who hates the USA, knows everything there is to know,” the president posted this week on Truth Social. “She should be in jail, or even a worse punishment, sent back to Somalia, considered one of the absolutely worst countries in the World. She could help to MAKE SOMALIA GREAT AGAIN!”
