As former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton “walks the country free,” Fox News host Mark Levin broke down the double standards to argue she “should be in prison for her entire life.”
“The law is being used to destroy the law.”

A recap of the numerous indictments against former President Donald Trump led directly into the syndicated radio host and author’s argument about the kid gloves with which the former first lady was being handled.
Pointing to a Penn State Law Review from Nov. 2015, the host of “Life, Liberty & Levin” noted that of the more than 4,500 criminal statutes in the U.S. Code, those most often prosecuted by the DOJ included “Conspiracy, False Statements, Money Laundering” as well as various kinds of fraud.
“So what did Hillary Clinton do?” asked Levin. “She walks the country free. She’s gaggling all over the place. She’s getting into friendly media. She’s laughing about all these indictments. Hillary Clinton should be in prison for her entire life.”
Looking back at the Law Review, he said, “The crimes that Hillary Clinton may have committed are more obscure but no less serious.”
The host reminded of the private server Clinton had utilized while working for the government that was said to have contained classified information and how “She destroyed over 30,000 emails. They destroyed their cell phones. Nobody was dragged in front of a grand jury. There was no search of her home for any other servers or information.”
Levin pointed out that the FBI had been looking into whether or not Clinton had committed “gross negligence” under the Espionage Act, a charge that he said had been brought against Trump.
“She did an interview. Her staff was permitted to be there. Her lawyers were permitted to be there. Her lawyers destroyed this information based on header information, not substantive information. And she escaped,” he railed.
Meanwhile, hours after the president had been hit with his indictment from Georgia, Clinton appeared on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” where she was seen laughing it up.
“Madam secretary, fancy meeting you here,” Maddow said earning a laugh in reply, “Oh, I can’t believe this.”

Levin made sure to point out the disparity in the alleged treatment of classified documents and how Trump certainly had privileges that would not have been granted to Clinton, yet he was the one being prosecuted.
“And the Presidential Records Act that applies to Trump, which gives the president authority over documents like no other official in the government, including a secretary of state or an ex-secretary of state — she didn’t have that defense,” he said. “She didn’t have that statute. Trump has that. And yet he’s charged with 40 counts and he’s charged with a total of 91 counts from these three prosecutors.”
“Look what they’re doing to Trump,” Levin went on to conclude. “Look how they’re breaking the Constitution. Look how they’re breaking the law. The law is being used to destroy the law.”
