Hillary roasted for plugging MSNBC interview of ‘noted election denier and conspiracy theorist’

Twice failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was roasted by Twitter/X users for plugging her Tuesday MSNBC appearance with conspiracy queen Rachel Maddow, a tweet that generated such a strong response that she turned off her replies.

Since her crushing 2016 election defeat at the hands of political novice Donald J. Trump, who appealed to working-class Rust Belt voters in a way that she never would, Mrs. Clinton has maintained a constant presence in the national media on a revenge tour that is now in its eighth year and she would be in fine company with her fellow conspiracy theorist.

“I’ll join the one and only @maddow at 9pm tonight. Tune in!” Clinton tweeted to her followers.

It didn’t take long before Hillary’s post was savaged by those who pointed out the hypocrisy of one of the nation’s biggest election deniers appearing on a network that has devoted much of its coverage to attacks on Trump who contends that the 2020 election wasn’t on the up and up.

“Why is MSNBC giving airtime to a noted election denier and conspiracy theorist?” asked RNC Rapid Response Director Jake Schneider.

Schneider was referring to Clinton’s own election denialism, having spent years insisting that her loss to Trump was everyone’s fault but her own.

Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalist Glenn Greenwald asked, “What are the chances that Russia comes up? Hillary has been behind almost every false conspiracy theory of the last 25 years: Iraq/WMD; Iraq/Al-Qaeda alliance; Trump/Russia ‘collusion’: Putin controlling the US through blackmail; Hunter laptop as ‘Russian disinformation,’ etc.”

While Clinton may have locked down the replies, the quotes were absolutely brutal.

Clinton previously locked down her Twitter/X replies over the weekend when she gave a ringing endorsement to a book about her victimhood.
