‘Holy crap’: NBC News panned over reporting on Dem aide who ‘allegedly’ had sex in Senate hearing room

The idea that national media now functions as a propaganda arm for the rotten to the core Democratic party has already been established and the spin on a new D.C. sex scandal is just the latest example.

On Friday, a video showing a male congressional staffer engaged in an act of anal sex while bent over a table in a Senate hearing room went viral on social media leading to the quick firing of the individual on the receiving end who was identified as 24-year-old Aidan Maese-Czeropski, an aide to Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD) — the senator’s office said that Maese-Czeropski had been terminated in a Saturday statement.

While the incident was mostly greeted with crickets by the mainstream media which certainly wouldn’t be the case if the parties were reversed, the ones that did cover it did so with their usual dishonest spin, even going so far as to ignore indisputable video evidence of the graphic man-on-man sex which NBC News suggested was a lie promulgated by conservative outlets.

“Senate staffer alleged by conservative outlets to have had sex in a hearing room is no longer employed,” read the headline about Cardin’s firing of Maese-Czeropski.

“Sen. Ben Cardin’s office has parted ways with a staffer who conservative news outlets alleged was shown in a leaked video having sex in a Senate hearing room,” NBC News reported. “Conservative outlets then alleged that Maese-Czeropski, a legislative aide for Cardin, was one of the men in the video. NBC News has not confirmed the authenticity of the video or the identities of the participants.”

“Aidan Maese-Czeropski is no longer employed by the U.S. Senate,” the Democrat senator’s office said in a statement.  “We will have no further comment on this personnel matter.”

Not to be outdone, Politico put its own misleading spin on Maese-Czeropski’s entry into the ranks of the unemployed as “Cardin staffer linked to sex tape leaves Senate,” which may be technically true but qualifies as a lie by omission.

Users on X, previously Twitter, gave their take on what is yet another log on the bonfire of the mainstream media’s immolation of its own credibility.

“This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda. While some of my actions in the past have shown poor judgment, I love my job and would never disrespect my workplace,” the jobless ex-Cardin staffer said in a post to the networking site LinkedIn on Friday before he was fired.
