Howard Stern dumps on Tucker for not cowering to Fox brass: Just a ‘fly on Rupert Murdoch’s a**’

Shock jock Howard Stern viciously lashed out at former Fox News host Tucker Carlson on his SiriusXM show Wednesday, railing about his ego and accusing the conservative icon of forgetting he’s just being another “worker bee” and a “fly on Rupert Murdoch’s a**.”

On “The Howard Stern Show,” Stern stated that Rupert Murdoch would fire anyone who was a “pain in the a**” and then asserted that Tucker’s leaving Fox News was “a good life lesson.”

That was in reference to Carlson shockingly getting the boot on Monday from Fox News even though he was arguably their biggest draw next to “The Five.” as “Tucker Carlson Tonight” reportedly drew in 3.5 million viewers each night. According to the Independent, since Carlson left the network, viewership has plummeted 20 percent.

Sources claim that Murdoch was the one who dropped the hammer on Carlson, according to the Daily Mail. That’s a move that saw the network lose more than $500 million after cutting him loose and the bloodbath is far from over.

“I’ve been a big money earner for radio companies for a long time now, but there’s one thing I never forget. My boss is super wealthy. Like if you work for Rupert Murdoch, you know that motherf***er’s got so many billions that as important as Tucker Carlson might be to the Fox Network, he will fire your a** if you’re a pain in the a**,” Stern said.

“Because at the end of the day, you are a fly on his a******,” he crassly commented. “You’re nothing because he’s still gonna have billions upon billions upon billions of dollars and own a giant corporation. And you know, you cannot f*** up. You can only push them so far.”

It’s Stern’s opinion that Fox News and Murdoch don’t need Carlson. Millions of Americans would beg to differ on that shortsighted claim.

Then Stern went on to compare his work with Carlson’s and how insignificant he is at SiriusXM.

“I know who owns SiriusXM, I know who the guy is on top… I think he owns entire states in the United States,” Stern remarked, exposing that he has real self-image issues. “He doesn’t need me. I’m here at his… service… I know at the end of the day, my man is my master and I like working at SiriusXM. So, you know, I could bust balls, blah, blah. But at the end of the day, I’m worthless. And I always have that in the back of my head.”

Stern laughably believes he’s humble compared to Carlson and other media personalities on the right.

“The guys like Bill O’Reilly, Tucker Carlson, the thing they forget is that they’re another brick in the wall. That’s what you are. You’re a worker bee. I’m a worker bee. You know, they pay me well and everything… I don’t let it for a minute do I think I’m more important than the man who owns this place. He is my Lord and Savior,” Stern blasphemously groveled.

In 2015, when Stern signed another contract at SiriusXM for an undisclosed obscene amount, he joked that he was making more than Murdoch whose current net worth is around $17.4 billion.

“I signed for $100 billion. I now own Rupert Murdoch,” Stern kidded, according to The Week.

Carlson has been with Fox News since 2009 and reached conservative rockstar status at the network. Before that, he appeared on CNN and he co-founded The Daily Caller. In 2016, he landed his own show on Fox News and immediately became its most-watched host. Carlson was fearless, taking on topics that other hosts would not dare to touch and his audience loved him and his biting wit for it.

Carlson was canned just five days after Fox News settled with Dominion Voting Systems for almost $800 million. It also follows his showing unseen Jan. 6 footage which caused an uproar on the left.

The conservative host reportedly had a year left on his contract. Technically, he’s not fired yet as he is still in negotiations with Fox News over his departure. He was said to have been making in the neighborhood of $20 million a year.

Carlson is not going away and on Wednesday during a two-minute clip on Twitter, he blew Fox News out of the water. He told viewers he would see them soon.
